The element of 25 litre got changed in 19 September, 2022 and now again on 10 Nov, 2022 the problem we faced is the same.
The poor services of electricians hired by the company. The loss of money is 2500 rupees.

Faulty services

The element of 25 litre geyser worth 2500 rupees got changed in 19 September, 2022 and now again on 10 Nov, 2022 the problem we faced is the same.
The poor services of electricians hired by the company. The loss of money is 2500 rupees.

3 complain in one week-Service centre unable to resolve issue

am your customer using Bajaj Shakti Gyser,I want to bring your attention regarding the issue I am facing

Mobile No 9818134×××(To track my complain number since I purchased this product also call record with CC and service centre)

I am facing lot of issue with this product I logged 6 complain since I purched this gyser and more important every time issue is same but no one has permanently fix this issue.
3 complain in last one week.

On 19th Augest 2022 I had discussion on conference call with Mr Balram (service centre-HR enterprise Greater noida)and CC team in which I was given assurance that the gyser issue will be fixed and incase if you face same issue in future I will get replaced the gyser.
And it was fixed on the same day

Now today 23 Aug 2022 -same issue re occurred I again call to CC team raise a complain and asked Mr Balram to replace the gyser now he denied and said i never asked you that I will replace the gyser .now asking me to get replaced the element rod and its chargeable(Rs 750).

My concern -why the false commitment was given to the custumer and if service centre not provide the solution to the customer who will take action against him All conversations are in record can anyone
pull out the conversation record and take any action?

Geyser installation pending

I purchased a bajaj geyser (biggest mistake of my life)on 11th July and was promised installation by 12th july, but no one has turned up yet for installation.
I have made several calls to customer care , the instillation team, the dealer, all say it will b done by eod, but that never happens

never going to buy any bajaj product again.

Bajaj Shakti water heater not working

Hi Bajaj service team,

We had purchased Bajaj New Shakti Neo 25L Metal Body 4 Star Water Heater with Multiple Safety System, White on 6th Sept 2021.
Recently (from 5th July 2022) the geyser/water heater is not working.
The heating indicator (red/green) turns on and off. But the water remains cold.
Request your service team to visit the location mentioned in the mail and fix the problem as soon as possible.
We are having a hard time because of the malfunctioning of the heater during this monsoon period.

foulty product

it has a problem off very high flame and flame is letting out of the geyser and even with huge smoke

Geyser service

Bought for 1yr back.not working properly.
1 service boy came and couldn't tell the exact cause that why water isnot going to hot upto its mark, rather he told it seems its Ok ...where minimum temperature isnot rise .
As a qualified person and a responsible post holder person , it seems I couldn't feel the right temperature of water , according to that guy and behave rudely .
Very pathetic .

I have purchased bajaj gyser on dated 24th Niv/19.after installation it creats lots of Noise while we start it.one man came from Lotus.but no body turn from bajaj.our family is on Risk.

Service center overcharging for inlet-outlet pipe

I purchased a new Bajaj GPV Geyser and was told that installation is free. However when the service man came, he told us that he will install with inlet-outlet pip le at rate Rs.600/- which was available in market at Rs. 80/-.
It came from Pragati Enterprises 2/98 Supertech, Service center Sahibabaad, UP.
When we asked him why he is charging, he left the work and said that they did it that way only.
Such rude people from Bajaj & charging exorbitantly.
