complaint regarding rice cooker
Dear sir /madam,
I have a rice cooker which was given to me through Diwali gift fromAsian hospital which was burnt in the month of January Rice cooker model no BTS700 which was burnt in the month of January 2019,I have registered a complaint regarding this having complain no A311901280 and submitted to muskan service centre Dhanbad , which was not resolved by anyone till now. I have contacted the service centre (Muskan service centre Dhanbad )in the month of July they told me that we are closed the service of baltra. After that I have contacted customers care again for complaint,they told me that again you Lodge the complaint having complaint no G271902545. A call came from service centre Dhanbad that plz give me your rice cooker for service after few days call came from Dhanbad service centre he ask for a bill but rice cooker was purchased by Asian hospital and gifted to the employee. Today I contacted toll free no of baltra A gentle man told that without bill we cannot process your complaint. I ask him how it is possible to arrange bill which was gifted. If the complaint will not resolved then I will go for legal process.
