Complaint for Debit Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I had open my account in month of August (10.08.2012) and at the same time & same date I had filled the form for my debit card and they told me that within 3 weeks I will receive my debit card pin number but now its been 3 months and I didn't receive my Pin Number or Debit Card. I also visited my Bank Of India Saket Branch for the same but they told me unless and until I didn't Pin Number they will provide me with my Debit Card and without debit card its very difficult to withdraw money as I am working person so every time I have to call to my office boss and talk to him regarding that I will be late. Even for Rs. 500 I have to go bank that too only on weekdays. What if I am Stuck some where and I need money urgently in weekends?.

I also tried your customer care number 1800220088 but they gave an alternative number which is 022-40429123 and I tried this number so many times but there is no response, Is this kind of customer service you provide to your customers???.

So I want to know how much more you all will require to give one single debit card???

i deposited rs. 450/- for CWE exam'2011 of Bank in bank of india.
bank gives me cash transaction id and ibps reference no. But in online application mandatory column is NEFT UTR NO. as per bank of india same br. have no NEFT. now what No. I entry in this column.

bank of india atm card form not available in sonbarsa raj branch

respected sir,
i am customer of bank of india ,Sonbarsa branch,Saharsa ,Bihar, (852129) i would like to know that is there possible to open the A .T.M CARD in that bank because many times i go to that branch to ask the atm form but the person say no ATM form so please let me know the what the real thing is going there. Because I need ATM. no body is taking care
