Flight transit and PCR test query

Hi Sir / Madam,

This is to enquire whether I will be able to take a connection flight to Dubai from Hyderabad.

I am traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 10 Sep 2020 at 6:00PM and I have a flight from Hyderabad to Dubai on 10 September 2020 6:00 PM. I will not be going out of the airport and will be using the airport as transit. I will also be carrying an ICMR approved valid Covid test result and other travel requisites. Please confirm whether I can do the same.
Kindly let me know whether I will be allowed to do the transit at Hyderabad and is there any specific travel / Covid guidelines to follow
