I ordered a cargo jeans in the bewakoof app . Due to size issue I've returned that product back . Unfortunately and unknowingly I have kept my refunded amount to my wallet. My money refunded to my wallet but there is no option to transfer my money to my bank account. I have been mailing to bewakoof team since 3 days there are not responding properly. Actually I have a need with that money I want it urgently but they are refusing to transfer my money to my bank account.

I have given a order of customize tshirt.but there was no column to write my requirements,so i wrote on tshirt and to cross check this thing, i texted bewakoof insta handle and waited 2/3 days for their response but didn't get any response, so i placed the order but they didn't print according to my requirements.
I want my refund.

I ordered L size hoodie for me and I received size M. I requested return pickup and the boy took it back. Till now I have not received refund of ₹822.The most ridiculous thing is these bewakoof people do not share any contact number to talk to their person and the issue could resolve fast. I am fed up with this mailing game...Breaking.

Your delivery guy delivered the product to someone else whom he did not asked his identity... Its showing delivered in my application.

Now I paid the amount online... What is this... How will I get refund or the product... You people don't have customer care number either... Wrote in delivery related queries but no response.

I've ordered two jogger pants ORDER ID XXXXX523 and XXXXX471 and it's showing order delivered but i didn't receive and I've been trying to catch you guys and raised so many times and giving my new number to contact me.
No one replied and you guys are helpless.
Do the resolution ASAP else I will look for other options.

I have sent so many emails to bewakoof.com to resolve this issue. But there are not response properly to issue and they donot have customer number as well. The customer serivce is very bad in this company. If it was continue like this i will raise a complaint to cusumer court.
