Level 1

• If you query is not resolved, then you can contact to the customer care by filling the Form , your query will resolved within 4 hours.

Level 2

• If you query is still not resolved, then you can also contact to the Head - Service Assurance by filling the Form , your query will resolved within 8 hours.

Level 3

• If you are not satisfied with the resolution given, then you can also contact to the Head - Service Operations by filling the Form , your query will resolved within 24 hours.

Level 4

• If you query is still not resolved or you are not satified with the resolution given in the above levels, then you can contact to the Compliance Officer by filling the Form , your query will resolved within 48 hours.
• You can also lodge your complaint online through Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Scores Portal).
