Very poor service
My shipment booked from Pune to patna on 28feb and consignment reached to patna on 3march but toady is 11th march but parcel is on transit to patna hub from 4th march. And even they not picking up call. It is an important parcel for me for some personal reasons. Too bad service by trackon
