Need direct train from nagasandra to whitefield

Hello,

We need direct metro train from nagasandra to whitefield, by this way we dont need to change metro at mejestic, also there will be leas crowd.

Complaint against rude behavior

In chruch street metro station the ticket counter is very rude. He has no manners to talk ..Action should be taken

In majestic metro station

In majestic metro station there is no change so without change we can't give you the ticket they told is this how metro people is working and where the rule has been written that if the customer has no change then we can't get the ticket. 15th October 2021 11:30 this incident was happened please take the necessary action about this please stop this kind of misbehaving.
