Dear Team,
I have already mentioned in earlier trail mail I have tried to raise new complaint ticket ID as per your guidance but system not allowed me to raise new ticket ID.
For your reference attached screenshot.
So, why repeatedly sent mail for register new ticket. You are harassing me to sending repeated mails.
If you want to invoice copy on mail same has been attached in this mail
I want to another higher person mail id for send mail regarding issue but in your company site there is no another mail id available. So please provide the same as soon as possible.
Now onwards if I received another mail for raise new ticket I will be go to consumer forum for service issue.
Your team will be sent mail for wait 24 to 48 hours see the first trail mails. There is no solution provide till date. Company provide this type of pathetic service.

I have ordered Xtend Sport Cool Blue watch from your website ( Order No. 2332801_ BMUMXXXX Invoice Number: INS2022251XXX).
Unfortunately, the product delivered was different model with different colour (Boat Watch Blaze Cherry Blossom) which was delivered to me on 12-Jul-22.

Replacement product not yet recieved
I sent my boat earphones on 8 may 2020 for warranty claim for repairing, after 20-30 mails in this pandemic, i received my replacement on 21 june, but they sent me necklace in place of my boat earphones.
So then after 10 mails they sent mail on 2 july for sending a fresh earphones and then on 10 july it reached to my city hub and at evening the status is showing that product is returned to the merchant (Imagine marketing) back without reaching me.
Now company is not even attending calls and replying to mail. It's been 7 month but i haven't recieved my earphones.

I was send my earphone on 7th august 2020 under warranty to boat service centre .On 14th it was reached at destination but after that there is no information regards my product.when I call customer care no. Busy every time and not receive reply on mail . I think they repair old earphones and resale as fresh and after 3 4 months it will not work and then we send it back to boat service centre for repair purpose , but they repair it and resale again as fresh product.
