Cycle has problems

I am from Lucknow and bought Firefox cycle female , breeze worth around ₹15k from near cycle Store.. It has just been 3 months or less and there are already problems with it!!
1) Brake makes a noise when it is applied! When we went to the store , they say it's natural and that it happens , no , it doesn't happen . There is defect!
2) After 1st puncture repair , within 7 days , another puncture! They say there is fault in tube but did nothing!! It has just been few months that means it was defective / damaged / old from the start.

*It should be noted that cycle was not even once crashed somewhere , neither did it fall , nothing that could cause the problems*

We believed in the brand but it failed! I want some solution .

Pancher

I ordered Hercules cycle on 21/07/21 and it arrived on 22/07/21 within a week it's got pancher, it's worst brand, I am feel better with this brand....just to say worst
