- If driver / car details are not yet provided: No Cancellation Charges will be levied on you.
- If driver / car details are already provided: You are liable to forfeit the advance amount paid
by you for booking, as cancellation charges

We used this service on 13th
We used this service on 13th june from Dalhousie to Pathankot railway station. The charges kept getting inflated from booking, to payment of advance online to actual cash payment to driver. When we spoke to their office they said that some taxes have been added.To avoid arguments we paid what was asked but this was a very unpleasant experience. The driver was constantly on the phone and even picked up a friend. Highly unprofessional.
