Tatkal Tickets

  • Get full refund in confirmTkt App opting free cancellation option while cancelling ticket anytime 4 hours before scheduled departure/chart preparation.
Confirmed (Reserved) Tickets
  • Minimum cancellation charges within 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train
    1st AC/executive class Rs. 240
    2 AC/1st Class Rs. 200
    3AC/ACC/3A economy: Rs. 180
    Second sleeper class Rs. 120
    Second class Rs. 60
  • 25 percent subject to minimum charge within 48 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train.
  • 50 percent subject to minimum charge within 12 hours and 4hours before the scheduled departure of the train.

Waitlist Ticket/ RAC Tickets

  • Clerkage charge of Rs. 60 per passenger plus GST is deducted from refund fare if the ticket is cancelled within 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.
  • Clerk charges per passenger (GST additional for AC class)

Complaint

I have booked 5 tickets on 3rd December from nezamabad to visakhapatnam amount 2340rs for some reason I have cancelled the tickets. Amount deducted was 690rs how can you cancel that much amount I have cancelled the tickets within 12hrs how can you deduct that much amount is that fare. How can we use your app again if this was happening how can we believe you I want my money return back.

I have requested for refund amount of Rs 4939 which was stuck up in the wallet on 17th Oct 2019.
it was displayed that the amount will be refunded by 26th Oct 2019.

Cannot book my train from my confirmtkt wallet balance

Sir,
When I book train amount is getting credited but It's asking password and captcha after which my amount is refunded to wallet.
I tried to change my password but again it's asking registered mobile number but it's not taking my mobile number also
Mostly I have forgotten my given mobile number or password.
I need to book Tatkal ticket from Secunderabad to bellary junction today I,e on 23/10/19 for tomorrow I,e 24/10/19.
