I have been facing lot of problems regarding online home loan interest certificate generation since i have taken loan. Bhestan branch Surat (loan account branch) is asking me to collect certificate from branch every time. If online facilities are provided why they are not making efforts to solve permanently providing online solution. Officials could have registered this Matter to help desk (SBI IT technical team) they could have checked the issue and permanently solve the problem. I am still getting old data on internet banking.
