Worst service, Ordered some items which should be delivered on 4 days earlier, but not received yet.

Today,29-11-24 in Virugambakkam, Chennai, D- mart @11am to 12pm, after collecting required items and reaching billing counter, half of items were billed and when needed to bill jaggery powder 18 nos. the counter personell said only 3 nos. of the item is allowed per person. The main reason for my shopping today was to purchase jaggery for my home need and parets. So I said there's no instruction notice stating that above item. She enquired with supervisor/ manager ( a lady) who was too rude and said can't bill more than 3 nos. of jaggery packet, and shouted "D- mart is a retail shop and not a whole sale shop. Hence she will not allow to purchase 17/18 packets". She was harsh in her attitude. I said if can't purchase jaggery 17 packets, will not purchase other things, as its for parents who's diabetic and its for 2 to 3 months.Already the bill has come upto Rs.4000/- and had one more basket to be billed. She said then don't buy any of the items and walked away instructing other staff to take away all items. So my hardwork of collecting all required items to purchase for nearly one to one and half hour become waste.
If a notice was placed above the item,then I will agree as its my mistake. The instruction was not placed above the item which is their mistake and no politeness in the lady supervisor/managers behaviour. As customers we are polite and approach them with respect. But this person was so..rude..She behaves like she owns D-mart. Please do needful as such behaviour will affect other customers and may influence other workers too.

Worst service of d mart, amount of Rs 556 got debited and inspite of calling repeatedly I have not yet received it.
Billing Queue Mismanagement
I want to report billing Queue Mismanagement for Dmart Dahisar West, Kandapada, Mumbai 400068. There is a seperate queue for vehicle owner on 1st floor which has only 2 active billing counter due which there is always big queue lined up for all 2 and 4 wheeler vehicle owner who have parked in Dmart basement as they are not allowed bill on ground floor counters where there is big number of active counters. 1st floor has capacity of 5 billing counter, please take some action to increase coordination and communication to resolve the issue.

Worst service of d mart, amount of Rs 8115 got debited 7 days back and inspite of calling repeatedly I have not yet received it. Such a big amount is stuck in the starting of the month. Difficult for salaried people those who have limited income and have to pay multiple bills.. highly disappointed..

Cancellation of order
I made online shopping and delivery date booked was 18 Aug between 6 to 9 pm from ready delivery ,lokhandwalla township.
Due to certain exigencies I was having problem for picking up at scheduled date and time.I tried to convey same by going to app and trying to change slot.Subsequently 19 Aug I contacted customer care and requested that I will pick order on Sunday but he informed that your order will be cancelled if you fail to pick up today ie 19 Aug.It is totally ridiculous pathetic approach of customer care.
On 20 Aug I am getting call from customer executive in response to my complaint about order cancellation that pick up point was requested for holding order.
I am totally surprised with such approach and decided to stop shopping with dmart

Over charged for items
Overcharged for wheet we took loose wheet of Rs. 31/- in 3 packs of 5 kg. Same wheet had overcharged on one counter is at Rs. 39.50 per kg. and on another it charged at Rs. 31/- per kg
If we are in hurry staff charged more on items even if we told the price of what we have taken.
The complaint is that when we notice the bill charged more at home and call the malad Mumbai dmart on same day they accept it and told me no need to bring wheet come and collect the money overcharged. When my husband had visited malad dmart they told us bring wheet and then overcharged money will be given. Why they harrasing customer even staff has committed cheating.
Is it possible after one visit once again we have to visit dmart by carrying wheet for collecting overcharged money.

Not allowed entry in DMART Moshi
Dear Sir/madam,
I am regular customer of D-mart Moshi from Pimpri Chinwad, Maharashtra.
Today I was stopped to enter just because at the gate I said hi to one of our friend at DMart entrance and both are entering one by one but on main gate & security stopped to one of us. Not allowing to to enter in DMart and saying that you both are from same family and allowed to go only one person.
We are requested to check our ID cards where names & address both are different and they are not ready to check also. And same thing happened to other members so there is an people mob is waiting on gate and doing the partiality were couples are allow to enter but 2 male or female are not allowed.
When I am waiting outside, that time I get to know that this happening from morning.
Instead of social distance they are creating a MOB at the main gate. And security is saying if you want to raise the complain they do it, nothing will happen.
One observation at billing counter were debate is happening because of change and that women is saying from main gate security purse is not allowing then how we can provide change, so instead of that billing counter should have sufficient change.
So just a request that ask security person talk to customer in proper manner.

Not getting time slot for home delivery
Respected Sir,
I am the native of Karad Malakapur.l have been trying to get time slot for him delivery from the last week.But am unable to get it. I enquired about it ,they were also unable to tell me the exact time of opening of time slot.
It is very great inconvenience of the customers. When I contact them they told that time slot will open at 1.30 at night. I awake till 1.30. But there was no any time slot.So it it harassment of the customers mentally and physically.
So look in to your system drawbacks for better service and not harassment.

I am trying to place an order in Indore’s Nipania store of D’mart via its app.
I just want to know why D’mart is charging its delivery fees in this COVID 19 pandemic situation. I am understanding that it is their clause but you guyz should deliver it for free because first you guyz are not delivring it on the same day and you don’t have many slots so you should cooperate and dnt charge the fees. Keep a minimum amount shopping. My total is of 4600 ₹ if then too you are charging me 3% of total’s amount as delivry charge it is not appreciable. It is something you should take actions on.

Worst Experience in Dmart Rajahmundry
Worst Dmart which I have ever visited and the billing staff are very rude and very argumentative and they are abusing customers and they are treating customers as they are fools and uneducated people. Worst place to visit. Even though they are giving offers they need to have common sense of respecting the customers, which is not at all happening here.

Customer service is not good at chennai dmart. There is no provision to keep billed items. Means,we can shop only one time. We can't go inside twice.
