Subject: Regarding Air conditioner service issues. My daikin
I regret to inform you that due to covid 19 lockdown. The AC service is not done from your end and I also understand the situation.
But now I need to make my ac service.
But when I asked your executive for doing service your executive side that now you have to pay charges for the service which why should I pay because it's not our fault.
So I request you to schedule someone for AC service and make it me to avail my free ac service as schedule.
Please reply me when you are sending someone for service.

Hi,
Am facing lot of issue with your service since four months AC not repaired.Technician told to me tomorrow I will come 10am daily repeated these words. Daikin is number one AC why cheated the people like this ..worst service in my area. Please note that location mancherial area ..worst response in this area...
Installation problem. Dealer and service centre both not respond
Recently in April we purchased a split inverter 3star ac.but installation is not done properly and we are not able to use ac becoz of a fear created by your service center after finishing the installation.but now neither service centre nor dealer are interested in resolving our complaint.is this the way customers complaints are handled in daikin.i was having great confidence before buying daikin ac but received very poor quality service and response.
REQUIRED VISIT OF DAIKEN ENGINEER FOR SELECTION OF SUITABLE A C
We required Air Conditioning units for our Industry 3 Control Rooms where installed VFD,S & other electronic Panels.Environment near control rooms is dusty (coal ash,rice husk dusty) Please send your engineer /suggest us suitable A.C Unit type & capacity to be installed here. At present from last 3 years here installed LG single phase Window & split AC but performance of these AC is very poor. At present Installed capacity of A C for
BoilerControl room is10 ton,(Heat Dissipation11kw)
MPR Cooling Tower Room is 4 ton(Heat Dissipation 9 KW)
Turbine Control Room is 4 ton.(Heat Dissipation 4-5KW)
