Refund status of my cancelled tickets
Dear Sir, Please refer to my several previous mails regarding non receipt of my Air India Cancelled tickets which I have cancelled due to spread of COVID 19 Pandemic. My booking IDs against cancelled Tickets are EMT70835906 & EMT71010337. I have not received my refund yet. I would like to know how long it will take to get the refund? The tickets were fully refundable during the time of booking. Would also like to inform you that while speaking to Airindia Customer care it is learnt that two more tickets Booking ID EMT70692024 and Booking ID EMT70693144, flight already cancelled and they have procesed the refund. Request you to refund my amount against all my bookings immediately.
