No customer care numbers are available even if you call no one answers the calls.The vendor is not even answering the calls.,it's been a month i had paid subscription amt of 1600 on dated 16/04/22 ...but no newspaper was delivered till date Don't know whom to question

No delivery of newspaper

Services of economic times are pathetic. I have subscribed to ET by making the payment online. Also got the mail confirmation that the doorstep delivery will start on 10th March, 2022. However, nothing happened. No one picks up the phone on their toll free number. You may wait for hours together. They will tell you to choose the option of getting a call back but the never call back. ET seems to be burdened with its own legacy. I wouldn't advise anyone to subscribe to ET. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsible people.They don't have any regards for customer services. They simply treat customer money as charity to them. Shame on ET and Times Group.
