Convection MW needs repair
My Microwave in the kitchen has suddenly stopped working and the display disappeared.

Spare Parts required Galanz JD
Two parts namely Galanz JD2-1A is required at present to fit into the machine which is in breakdown conditions. Without these two parts which are faulty the machine is not working. We want to replace these parts Galanz JD2-1A with new ones numbering two (2).
Kindly let us know where these parts are available in MUMBAI (INDIA) and its MUMBAI Suburban shops or online.

Repairing of microwave oven
I live in Ajmer(Rajasthan). I contact to your local service centre Ajmer for repairing of microwave. The only problem was Glass base on which we put our meal to cook and inside bulb. But I am sorry to write that till date no bulb problem solved. Regularly I telephoned but no response is being given.
So I request to the customer not buy the company product because the company after sell services is title filled.

My microwave oven is not powering on and it's purchased few months back. We tried connecting to customer care but i was unable to connect also sent email on official mail id. I will have to approach consumer court if electrolux fails to provide service.

my microwave ovan is not working
Highly disappointed with the Services
Dear All,
I have purchased Electrolux AC Model No: ES1SQ41 (3 STAR INVERTER) on 19th April 2018 through Vijay Sales Indirapuram Ghaziabad (Sales Order No: 362-R-SO 1102). It was installed 21st April' 2018. But with in 10 days we are facing issues that AC is not cooling properly then i raise a complaint on 1st MAY' 2018 reference no: GHA0105180128 then service team take almost 8 days to resolve the issue and they refill the gas.
Then After 10 days again we are facing the same issue and again lock the service call with reference no: GHA2305180199 on 23rd May 2018 then again they check and refill the gas.
But now again the same issue occur with in 10 days after gas refill. Again lock the compliant with reference no: GHA0606180136 Now i don't won't to refill the gas it is High time to bear this problem so I want the replacement. Else I have to take further action regarding the same.
Within a 1.5 month 3 times gas leakage problem occur. There would be a problem in the machine. So requesting you to replace the machine as soon as possible.
