Worst customer service ever. They dont even pick up the calls. They give false hope that the executive will visit us soon. But that soon never comes. Most pathetic service. regret buying it. Purchased 2 inverter ac on 18 march 2024 , main issue is not cooling well , have registered my first complaint on 20 april 2024 within 20 days of purchase and till now have made 5 complaints in 5 months but no body listens to my issue, they ask me to get it serviced every time . This is very DISAPPOINTED and RIDICULOUS not expecting such kind of after sales service from OGENERAL
NEED REPLACEMENT OF MY PRODUCTS ASAP OR WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION

I purchased my o general split ac 11 months ago it is not cooling since last 8 months, the mechanics have came about 7 times and my AC is still not fixed the
service of this company is very bad. I have 2 samsung ac they are all fine since i bought them but the o general is still not working. don't buy o general ac

I AM WRITING TO EXPRESS MY DISSATIFACTION WITH THIS AIR CONDITIONER. I PURCHASED FROM MANYA INTERNATIONAL ON 15.06.2024. UNFORTUNATELEY, THE AIR CONDITIONER HAS NOT MET QUALITY AND RELIABLITY STANDARDS PROMISED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

THE MAIN ISSUE I ENCOUNTERED IS NOT COOLING WELL. IT TAKES SERVICE IN EVERY MONTH BUT, NOT RUN PROPERLY.

I lodged a complaint no. GHA107062400xxx regarding on 07.06.2024. Engineer contact me to come on 08.06.2024 but neither he came or picked up my call. Very unprofessional behaviour. I will never recommend to any one to purchase O general AC.

No one picks up the call and without any information they just keep you on hold and later phone gets disconnected.their installation personnel too doesn't do their work properly and when we want to complain they don't entertain.
I regret of buying O General AC

I purchased after hearing about it's good performance compared to other brands, Purchased o general 1.5 ton non inverter buta model on 10th may 2024 and installed on 12 may 2024, ever since the installation the cooling performance has been too poor. The machine is unable to cool the room properly cannot feel any cooling effect. The grill temp is too high 15°C and the ac takes too long to cool. Is this the great fujistu general ac? There has been several technician visits and no one knows what's wrong with it. I paid 60,000 Rs for this thinking it would be a powerful heavy duty machine and yet it's the opposite. My last Voltas ac had far better cooling than this which costed only 32000. This is a defective machine. Kindly replace the unit. Or give me back my money.

My AC is not cooling properly since 2-3 months. Had complained multiple times but no response received. Service agents Mr. Preet Dhiman from Zirakpur-Chandigarh is giving very rude and vulgarity in talking. His words are like “ he will not do it , do whatever you want to “

It’s very pathetic that 1 month and 4 days crossed and no one is going to take responsibility. Everyone is trying to brush aside including AC engineer and ASM o general. Condition is same ,still AC not functioning n nobody knows anything.
It’s very distressing n shameful that such a renowned company is doing such attitude.Very very bad experience .
Never n ever go for O general AC purchase. I had spent 70 thousands on 31 st March,2024 for buying 2 ton 3 star AC o general bt it’s not working since installed now more than one month crossed n still same condition.

This is about complain about service centre in korba chattisgarh they don't have manners to talk as I have complain about ac prob they came n open the ac n till now they r not receiving my call its about 3 days they r not coming n as well as not responding any thing

Ac are still not repaired. We wanted Mitsubishi ac but only due to better service of o general I purchased 9 ac of o general. Now after six days the ac are still not repaired. There is no use of buying o general ac.

Not cooling...water leaking

I have registered a complaint on 16 August 2022 but till date 23 August 2022 no response about that. Poor service response.

Iys very unfortunate to take you services. I have paid almost 10000₹ till now for the 4 times rectification of same fault within a month. but still its faulty. yout technician are demanding more 7 to 12 thousands rupees for the same problem. its just one year before I purchased it.you are just working on hit and trial method.firstly the changed outer fan motor charged 5800₹ than 630₹ for wire just after one day fault repeated again now the said PCB is faulty after rectification of PCB they told gas is low this time they charged 3400₹ .just after one day again Samr fault replaced this time they said PCB is again faulty pay 7 to 12 thousands for rectification. its over 2 week they have taken the parts .please look into the matter I can not pay again and again for the same fault. or refund my previous amount.

And my purchase date is 11th July 2018. The authorised person of your service centre has told me to pay 17500 rs for new compressor else complained to toll free no. I have complained two times to your toll free no. But still not getting proper response. Please do the need full else I have to complaint this to consumer foram.
