Cancellation/Refund

Cancellation policy for a booking with less than 10 room nights:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before check-in, there won't be any charge.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, you will be charged for one night.
• If you don't show up at all, you will be charged for the entire booking.

Cancellation policy for a booking with at least 10 room nights:

• If you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, there won't be any charge.
• If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, you will be charged for one night.
• If you don't show up at all, you will be charged for the entire booking.

Refunds take up to 7 days & use same payment method.
