i have a big problem. 2 weeks ago,i just try to factory reset my cellphone.after that i try to install applications and logging in. when I wanted to link my spotify or Instagram to my Facebook,i saw an error that said : you can not logging from browser.so i went to my Facebook lite app and changed some logging option. after that my account were blocked. i tried to logging multiple times and follow steps and read many notes in help senter. but I just saw one way that is sending code to my cellphone.i don't have that cellphone right now and i wanted to try other options like sending code to my email.
