Not a good bank. Poor customer care response

I applied for account opening 14 days before. No response still. Nobody is picking call in customer care number given in website. Call keep on waiting for more than 10 minutes. Also numbers given under registered office and corporate office are not in use now. Where a customer will go now to complain.
