Delayed in delivery

This is so disappointing and mental hareshment my one of the order was supposed to be delivered on 11th September but yet not delivered and today's date is 18th September and latest order was also supposed to be delivered on 18 September but everyday I m getting message that order is out for delivery and by evening message will come it is delayed .. everyday I m raising concern in firstcry app and express delivery company... They will show soo much fake concern regarding customer... No action is taken... This app is day by day becoming worse... You people deserve lots of slang words when u people don't value others time and money...
