FitBit versa 3: return issue India distributor not responding

I have order Fitbit versa 3, on 9th July, 2021. I have raised a return request on 18th July, 2021.
Since then till today i.e. 3rd Aug, 2021 I have written so many mails, tweets and talk to your customer support, but nobody helped me to pick up the product and got no communication from your India distributor over the return. I really didn't knew that Fitbit India is so pathetic and unprofessional, that they just don't want to work for their customer problems. Now, I'll make sure I'll go to every platform and raise the concern until my issue is resolved.

Fitbit Alta HR not working

Fit bit not working properly

I have connected fitibit with REDMI NOTE 6 PRO. In the notifications, it is displaying as notification service no running and it require restart. I have done that and also delted fit bit app and reinstalled again. Even then the same problem is coming.

Fitbit hanged

My charge 3 got hanged on 4 th may. Still it's showing the date of 4 th may time not able to set . It's keeps on flickering to keep awake . Charging % keeps on changing if shows charging 69% after sometime it's shows 54%
Charging gets drained within one and half day compared to earlier 4 to 5 days . Sometimes when charging it shows white horizontal line . Not able to scroll to all the screens. This are the issues noticed from 4 th may 2020

Connection Problem

I have a Fitbit versa 2 the Bluetooth gets disconnected every 10 mins, then again I have to pair it. Sometimes it just doesn't connect and it's irritating to keep connecting the Bluetooth all the time so I have been using it just to see the time.

Display problem with my Fitbit charge

The display on my charge 3 tracker has gone blank. It is charged and vibrates in between. But it is not synced anymore with my mobile. Various attempts at restarting (as found out from trouble shooting in your website) have been futile - perhaps because of no display.

Please advise.

Is there a customer service Phone number in India and is there a centre in Delhi NCR where I can get assistance?
