Fake Promises
If this is the scenario then why do not you send one inch bigger? you are cost-cutting the product.after continuous calls from my side picked-up were done in May with a promise (I would say fake promise), to deliver it on the 7th of June. I again called and they said it will be dispatched in the next 48 hours. and again I called and again same fake promise. today almost one month is completed and still, there is no update. I have also raised the issue in consumer court. the only thing I need now is that my product should deliver immediately, with a compensation amount or else a refund should be done with compensation. it is my polite request from you again.Please do the needful.
