This is very sad to say that your product tall tubular battery is very poor class product. Service is also very poor. Replacement needs a lengthy process. my battry is replaced in 5 month but company also send third class product again.which is not working properly only one hour working. i purchase my battrry only 6 month ago . my shopkeperused told me that we can not help u this company is bad .. Hopeless Company, hopeless product. No one takes any responsibility.
i request u pls see it i but it fromchauhan battry gt road khurja bulandshahar

Very very poor service of Genus... We have not get any response from service center even after complaints registered. We are facing service related issue from last 20day....but no body respond...
We will not suggest to buy any genus products to any my relatives..

Remote Related Issue

Dear Sir,

I am having a Genus Tv . The Remote of the TV is damaged. We have purchased an new Remote for the TV from the Company through Mr. Himmat at Gandhidham-Kutch. We have also done advance payment for the same . The New Remote received by the courier is not functioning with my TV. I had send all details of my TV to Mr. Himmat but still the new remote which is received does not function. Mr. Himmat is denying to assist further and has forwarded me to Mr. Vijay Vaghela for the complain . I have also send all details of my TV and remote to Mr. Vijay Vaghela.
Requesting your quick Responce , Support and action on this.

Dear Sirs,
I have been a loyal customer of your genius Ups for the past 5 years,
I have time and again received great service at your end which is one of the main reasons I buy at your product (Model no 1400 VA HUPS Sr. no U1C1100240368 ). But to my surprise, on the date of 16th June 2018 , I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your end,
On the said date, I have made the complaint for my product and they assured me that they will replace the product as company had stop the card production for which I have to pay 4000 Rs which I assured , I was confirmed that by the genius status very soon I will received new product . But on Next date engineer Mr Sunil (Mobile No = ) told me , he does hot have the product and from last Eight Month Not a single piece have been replace by Me ,
Then I have talk to Mr Bramhanand Kamble (Maharashtra Head ) in this matter , he talked to me very rudely, and told me that it will not be replace , and you are free for legal I was appalled at such behaviour, I think that I am entitled for replacement ,. I also want an apology, plus an explanation of why I was treated so badly and wrongly
I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.

Unprofessional attitude of Genius Franchisee and regular breakdo

Genius is suppose to be preaching customers is an important pillar and it's for any business.

Now I'm a Petrol Pump owner and an National Secretory to petroleum association. The complaint with no 135, dated 23-July-2018 was registered on the help line no. Now their representative visisted the site on 31-July-2018 almost a week and in mean the operations at RO was been affected due to their unprofessional attitude.

Yesterday they demanded 1000 rs for visiting charges and it's unable to understand at what criteria do they come up on same and still the complaint is unattended and not rectified. Now on having a word with new franchise in Meerut the owner was abusive and was threatening as well that if service charges/visiting charges are not paid, the future complaint will not be attended. Why? Is this your approach is?

I'm seeking my Petrol Pump Dealer's across country not to use Genus Product's in future and will ensure this falls in line. The lesson to this unprofessional attitude will be surely given.

I had a losses in business which they don't care, but they care about their own visiting charges and unparliamentary languages.

Would give a feedback to other users as well not to recommend or use this crap product and let's join hands to give a lesson to this unprofessional company.

I am from mumbai (bhandup ) my invertor is not working from 6 months. i am trying to contact customer care people but they speakes rudely ... as well as i spoke with mr. Bramhanad hw is head of the depat for maharashtra. but no use . is it ur services ..we are very unhappy with your customer care people as well as your engineer who don't have manners how to talk with customers Providing you no of that engineer 9867840xxx. & Mr. Brahmanad who doesn't have value of his words... now suggest us what to do ?? My product is under warranty .. so give us refund ...

poor quality service of assam radio service for genus inverter

Myself Naba kr Deka from mangaldai(assam) is using genus inverter for last 2 years which i bought from asom radio service.. Due to some mechanical prob i have submiited the inverter set at asom radio service for repair bt they returned me the inverter which they said they have repaired and took the repairing charge,bt the prob still continued.. when i complaint about the prob they blamed the company and said that is non of their concern..

Therefore i request u to the matter with great concern...
