Very Bad Quality Stove

Hi Team ,

I purchased you Stove From Amazon , Glen 3 Burner Gas Stove Auto Ignition with SS Drip Tray ( CT3B73BLBBAI Cooktop, Black) B07J4MZRS2 , Dated 29th Nov 2021 .

Th Stove has a very Shabby way of Lighting Where all three burners spark off and not the one that is required only . This also stopped working after just one week use .

After a complain the technical had come , he did some work on it said there was carbon . Immediately after he did that there was no Burnt Stains , Next day onwards it was worse and getting worser ..Cant attach pics here

We have noticed that all are vehicles have burnt marks at the bottom where this has never happened in the past using our old common simple stove.

The biggest mistake buying this Stove and would highly recommend not to go for this Stove

Very very poor service and response

I purchased a 3 burner gas stove and within a wewk problem started with the cook top . We couldn't sim the gas and if we did it get off. And any one burner is being used we can't use the other two burner because if we lit other burners the 9ne we are using will get off. And if we call company first of all they process ur request in 3 days and then technician only calls and confirms never came to check the problem if we call the technician he will stay that he will be coming . But he never cam to check the problem... very very bad service. I would suggest to never buy glen's any product worst service and worst products.

Bad quality of glen stove

I purchased Glen 3 burner glass top stove. Within one week, I had the issue of sound wen switched on. From the bottom of the burner flame comes out with a noise. After switching off n after 2 or 3 ties only it subsides. No answer for this from the technician. There is no option of sim. Wen u turn the knob to sim mode also milk overflows n curries get burnt.I regret for my bad choice

Faulty Gas stove

I bought 4 burner glass stove this year. Right from the time of purchase stove has started giving problem. When technicial came for installation its burner were not working. After repeated complain thier techincial came after 2 months and replace the burner.

After that their technician visit again and try to reduce the pressure of PNG so burner may work But the problem still persists.

What is the use of purchasing such a costly gas stove and we could not use the stove for single day?

Poor Service by Glen

I bought 3 burner glass stove last year.Right from the time of purchase stove has started giving noise when it starts and it stops burning gas itself after a while. After Complaining Glen, they sent a person to check after numerous calls.Technician charged me Rs 500 but could not solve my problem at that moment and promised me to come back with a solution Since then it is more than three months no one has turned up yet even after Complaining repeatedly. They don't even bother to respond.

What is the use of purchasing such a costly gas stove ?

Pathetic service, never go with Glenn brand.
Service people telling weekly off on week days.

Poor Response to Service Request by Service Centre,Coimbatore

I had called up your service centre at Coimbatore on 21/01/2020 at 09.30 hrs. asking them to send someone for service of my 4 burner glass top gas stove.I waited for 3days there was no response.I again called the service centre on 23/01/2020 at around 09.50 hrs & checked up with the lady who answered the call.She said no service request has been recorded.She made a note of the stove details and told me that glen technician will be coming before evening .Sometime in the afternoon a person from the service centre called and enquired about problem faced by me in the gas stove & saying that he will come today.So far no one has contacted nor come for the service.May I request you to look into this and tighten up your service centre at Coimbatore.Please give me a feed back on the course of action being taken by you.

Poor service

I have called up twice Glen customer care for my cooktop service on the customer care n no one turned up .. when I called again today they said ur complaint has not been registered and def I haven’t got any service request too.. Despite my call today n complain again there is no message or service request generated... I have bought a chimney, a cook top n an oven n microwave ... I’m so stuck that why did I buy in the first place when ur aftersales service is so pathetic... pls resolve this issue as u can’t fool ppl by first selling products n later not giving services when required by the client..
