My earbuds not working
I brought a earbuds on 06 feb 22 but now it is not working it's one buds are working and other is U/s and case of earbuds is also not working. Earbuds are function when case closed so that i want to replace my earbuds with case because my earbuds is still gurantee period

But till now I havn’t recieved and tracking status of my order neither it was shipped (as it was already mentioned that it will be shipped within 2-3 days) but till now it was not shipped and not showing any track details and status of the product. As i have already paid for the product (Prepaid).

No Exchange or refund for damaged product
Sad part with GoNoise is they dont refund the amount or provide exchange with other product if the existing product is not of good quality.
Noise does give lot of bad noise in life. Products are cheap but support is bad and doesnt look for customer satisfaction.
Once purchased product will be stuck and no option. Never buy there products in hurry, as it will be money lost.

Dear Noise Customer care team,
I purchased noise tune elite neck band in October 2019, from Flipkart shopping site and it was delivered in 21st October 19.

This company is fraud they make a lot of advertisement to make you purchase the products and once the product is being delivered there duty is over they are not there to help you out. No support Its been 4 months I have raised the complaint that my product that I have received is damaged replace the product they didn't even contacted and reverted contacted many times then they said share pics n all after that told will send an Executive to collect the product after that 3 times they said your pickup cancelled then I myself shipped the product after that they said product not delivered then I sent them the proof that the product is being delivered already.
