Cancellation/ Refund Procedure
- If you have any query complaint then firstly you have to call 7670080070 or email at help [at] happyfares [dot] in
- All bookings are subject to cancellation fees as per airline policies, and any refunds must be requested through Happyfares, as the airline will not process refunds directly for tickets booked through them
- Claims must be made within 30 days of the travel date, and refunds can take up to 90 days depending on the airline's terms and conditions.

I had booked 2 tickets on 11th of may to Mumbai by mistake the dates were mismatch so i cancelled it everything was ok but amount is not been credited to its source even after 25 days
When i tried calling customer care the call gets drop off even before i could speak to back end people
Plz help what is the other option to clame my refund
