Hathway is an absolutely useless company
I have two connections of ACT fiberoptic net. Earlier I had AirTel Broadband internet connection.
Comparing the ACT,AirTel and Hathway, Hathway is way below the other two.
Calling Chennai Customercare when you are outside India is impossible.
Emails go unanswered or replied with useless standard reply.
Internet connection was not proper and the technicians don't come in time even if the service is totally dead.
Their Whatsapp messaging is also not specific to the needed help.
What is the worst is: they close the Complaint Registration no. often without resolving this issue.
I wonder how they can market their products at Chennai. The only reason is the customers are not aware of the poor, in fact the worst, customer service of Hathway when they sign for it.
I have two Hathway connections. I will change to ACT or AirTel when my subscription with Hathway finishes.

I have paid for hathway connection at June'14th 2020 still now I didnt get any response from hathway side. I dont understand why you peoples are so irresponsible I'm working for 18k salary paid nearly 3900 something do you think that's not a big amount for me or what I never ever seen this type of worst worst irresponsible service. If you are facing the covid issue means then why you charging the amount for new connection I have no words to say for poor service. Do anything for this tomorrow we have work from home we will face the issue for work I need to talk with you. Please contact me either refund my amount.

Modem is faulty. I technical team said they would be sending new modem. But no one came to replace modem. In lockdown time local service providers asking to leave home and come to office to collect modem which is far more than 1 km. If your technical team can come to visit home then why you are unable to send modem.
Slow connectivity
As we are working from home in this lockdown, we are facing extreme slow connectivity in Hathway service.could you please check on this.I m using in karapakkam chennai

The cable operator is so useless and making us fool he will take the money and will not recharge the cable nd will not evn receive the. Just so frustrating this ppl are.. and customer care will make us waiti and later they will disconnect the call. Useless service

I stay in DSNR and on 5th dec 2019 Paid amount 2668/-for Internet , but 15 days over still not activated today.Before taking connection Hathway customer care people assured that we will give connection in just 30 mins, after paying the amount they are not bothering the Activation of my account Maintenance also worse and no response from Customer care & Dealers still i not got confirmation when they will solve this issue worst service in Dilsukhnagar .Please refund my amount i will go for another network.

Not activated
Paid amount last Saturday, but, 8 days over not activated till today. Maintenance also worse and no response from the local dealers. i.e. hathway local dealer at beeramguda, sai colony, Ramachandrapuram.

About cable services issue

In our area (mahad , raigad maharastra ) cable serivices are not made online . They are providing papers n told us to fill the forms . I did that still they are not providing services . We are not able to watch tv from 1 2 months . Not a single channel is working except 1 or 2 . Even though we r contacting them they r not receiving the calls nor letting us when it will start. I am also one of the customers for Hatway digital tv, but last week 25th April 2018 colors Kannada channel disappear, your customer care persons also dont know when it is coming back, first upon your Bangalore customer care don't pick up the phones, this is not fair, when it is coming back almost 1 week over, that all your internal problem, why are you give the trouble others fans & people.
