I am from jalandhar and I have applied for passport and I visited there (Guru Nanak mission chowk, Punjab) on my appointment date. I only want to say that the faculty members working there are having very bad pathetic attitude specially girl sitting on counter A and the lady security guard. They don't know what is the meaning of polite. They show their attitude like tax will be imposed on them if they smile or speak politely. At that time they are our servants and should show some etiquette because if we would stop taking service from you, your office might be in danger.
