Artois Dining Table Set Order number
Order placed in January at Noida GIP store and i am yet to receive the furniture. Chair and bench has been sent without table. I have been given multiple delivery dates but i am left waiting without any update and CSR representatives are the worst as they keep promising call back but no one calls. The table is available online but why it cannot be delivered. U ALL ARE CHEATERS. U HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND DO NOT WANT TO DELIVER THE TABLE. Return the money with interest NOW. Worst store is Home Town.
Furniture quality not good
I purchased furniture worth Rs . 2.5 lac from hometown in 2014. I had one sofa that was around 1 lac. cost. Few days before , I noticed that cloth beneath sofa is converting itself into fiber. After complaining, I got a call from home town Lucknow and they are demanding extra charges to repair it.
He was a rude person, even he was not sorry for that furniture and said this can happen.
