I recently bought a Hrx white shoe from Myntra.After wearing it for 1 day, the sole got cracked from the side. It’s been less tyan 15 days since I bought this product and wore it only 1 times. Brand pasting came off in 10 days

I recently bought a Hrx white shoe from Myntra. The HRX label came of in the 1st wash itself, that too just with wet soft cloth. It’s been less tyan 20 days since I bought this product and wore it only 4-5 times. I feel cheated and find myself unable to trust the brand anymore. Kindly let me know where can i post my feedback or attach pictures do that it can reach the concerned team. If that is not possible, I would be forced to go public with this feedback.

Scam Company! Bad products! Don't Buy

I bought a bag from hrx with good reviews on flipkart(probably they have bought those reviews or those are just bots). After two weeks of using that bag, its torn off from the handle bit, completely. Contacted flipkart, they asked me to contact hrx, now none of them are replying or even getting my call connected so they could replace it under the so call "1 year warrantly". Get it replaced HRX or your brand value is already terrible it'll go more and more down if I start giving actual reviews of your products online.

Pasting isssues in 1 month of shoes

The company is known for offering shoes with good quality but that's not true on ground . I recently purchased a shoes from HRX which costed around 1000 which lost its pasting in 1 month and it tore when I was available for a importing meeting in Jaipur. It is the brand with one of the worst quality shoes.
I request people to avoid buying shoes from this company

Pathetic shooes quality

I purchased hrx shoes from finix mall store on 11th February 2024 and shopkeeper told there is 3 months warranty. If anything damage happens then there would be free replacement, post one month sole removed automatically so I visited store and highlighted concern then I got reply that she has been marked mail to company for replacement so wait and will call for replacement.Today on 11th March 2024,I gotncalled for replacement but when I visited store salesman demanded extra money as it was purchased in offer and now offer is finished so will have to pay extra for same shoes and this policy was not informed us on the time of purchase.
Kindly help to get shoes replacement.

Complain for Shoes and Deeler

I bought HRX shoes for the first time. Not even 2 months had passed and they started cracking. When I went to the dealer he said nothing could be done about it. If this continues, the HRX market will be ruined.
