SPEAKERS FAULT

Hi,

I bought a i ball speaker in amazon on 12-oct-19. after 2 months its not work.
So i gave that to PKS COMMUNICATION - i ball service center(CHENNAI AMBATTUR) on 27-jan-2020 for a service. After 7 months also i didn't get my speakers i called them and visited directly, always they told me to wait for a replacement , They are telling useless reasons all the time... Kindly help me to get my speakers... ALREADY WROTE A SEVERAL MAILS TO CUSTOMER CARE & FOLLOWING THEIR ASM TO NO USE.

Worst customer support

I bought a laptop from iball iball aer3.
It got problem with display.
I submitted it in an iball service center.
But for last 1 month it was submitted there and stil no repair is done.
Feeling very annoyed yet helpless.

problem in mobile set no i103

I purchase one mobile set i103 last 10 days ago for last 10 days and got problems are as follows ;-
1) The set are not started
2) occasionally,most of the keys not functioning
3) Any videos / Audio get hang

Moreover the shop refused to take any responsibility of the said set although the said set have one year Gurrenty /Warranty

Pl.do the needfull at the earliest

i have an i ball mobile since last 6 months but this mobile has very poor battery power and customer care did not respond very quickly.
