For Increase credit limit
- SMS CRLIM <last 4 digits of card> to <5676766>
Internet Banking
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Click on 'My Accounts'
- Select and click on 'Credit Card'
- Go to 'Manage Credit Limit'. Click on 'Go'
- 'Existing Credit Limit' and 'Maximum Credit Limit' option will be available. Enter the 'Desired Credit Limit'.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, to authorise the transaction. Enter the OTP and click on 'Submit'.
- You will receive confirmation message of credit limit increase in seconds and enhanced limit can be used instantly for making your next purchases.

- Kindly call ICICI Bank Customer Care on , and the Customer Care Executive will assist you with credit limit increase (if eligible).
Grievance Redressal
- Level 1 : If customer submitted complaint for the first time, please send an Email
- Level 2 : If customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1, you can fill the Complaint Form and send it to Head – Phone Banking.
Customer can also asked Questions/Query to the Head – Phone Banking.

I have applied for the personal and it got rejected for the over due of 200 under my credit card which i am not at all using since 1 year the .32 paise also I am paying and in the i mobile app it is showing zero outstanding but when I checked with the loan people they are telling you have over due in your account . When am trying to reach the customer care number I am not able to contact them as well .
credit card limit not increased
Actually I was told that the credit limit will be 1 lakh at the beginning when i agreed to receive the card.After that i raised as query that my credit limit is set to 38000 only.After some discussion i was assured that the limit will be definitely increased in 6 months.That too not done. After that in one more discussion I was again assured with guarented that it will be increased definitely in next month.It was the time in April 2020.Now September also ended still it is not increased even though there a a lot of transactions for both the years.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED :(.

Complaint regarding Dispute Transaction
Hi Team,
I have discussed with INDIGO team again regarding dispute of amount deduction from credit card, which is 11565/-. During discussion I have received information from INDIGO finance team (Mr. Bhargav part of the Finance), the transaction did not happened and my ticket has been cancelled. Which I have checked in the INDIGO site with my PNR detail #SB56GI. In this case INDIGO confirmed they have not received the amount from ICICI.
Please re-verify with INDIGO team with PNR#SB56GI and refund the amount as early as possible.

I didn't give auto debit for Credit card payment but some how happened auto debit. Please cancel the auto debit option and Today my credit card payment last date but they have charged auto debit Rs.1500/- and GST.This is very bad I didn't knew that auto debit option. credit card protection money
while purchasing the credit card, i was told that my credit card will be free of cost for the life time. but now they are putting credit card protection money, late charges and others. even though i tried calling customer care many times but there was no response from their side. the call always come on waiting.

I have using HDFC & SBI Credit Card, HDFC card limit Rs.109,000/- and SBI Rs.84,000/- some months back I have received call from bank bazar they will conveyance me your credit score is good you are eligible for ICICI card for pre of cost means no additional charges no yearly maintenance charges so I am agreed to processed the your card, and I have received the call from your bank and they will told me same benefits that’s way I am applying your card, but once received your card after one month I have received the statement that is showing Rs.500/- + tax and some of Rs.1200/- for insurance charges, immediately I have sent a mail to customer care and I call to your executive I request to cancel your card. but still I am received the email statement.
Please kindly cancel my credit card and I am not pay anything, because I am not using your card.
Once again I request you to cancel or block my credit card.

Adding extra cost of protection card
Hi,
ICICI offered me a credit card of Icici bank and then just forced to have the card protection why??? Why do i want that..In call they had confirmed me i can choose to not to have that.. One day I received that protection card.. Why.. You told me that i can choose not to have it.. My card doesn't have balance then for what do i protect..
Now from no where.. I have not used the credit card i have receiving the msg from bank you payment is due for 2890...
Are you guys fooling around people..

Yes sir i am also facing same problem, some months back i have received the call from ICICI customer care and proving card they will told me no processing charges, no additional charges and no yearly maintenance charges. but after received the card i have received the email statement that is showing 500 + tax and protect charges of Rs.1200 + tax immediately i have inform to customer executive but still i am received the email statement Rs.4000 +
not only ICICI one more Bank SBI Tata star Titanium card also same problems,

Sorry to inform you that visited your branch more than 10 times for generation of PIN of credit card but failed to generate pin,when ever contacting your customer care it is saying wrong credit card number

Complaint regarding not issuing Credit Card.

Regarding Calls from Agency
Dear Concern,
Here I am sending this request for the payment of my ICICI credit card.
As i have already word with customer service executive for the request of block the calls from the agency, As per talk with executive I was jobless for since last 6th months and due to that reason unable to make payment of card properly, I have already got job and it will take some time to release my first salary of 2 months and already talked with agency and executive will pay the amount once i will get my salary, But i have getting too many calls from the agency and they were talked manners less and just forcing me to pay the amount as they wish, I have already told them about payment amount and all but they just denied the things and forcing me to make payment as per their need, this is my request kindly block all this calls from agency i will do the payment of Rs.15000 in this week.
