I suggest every one please do not buy IFB microwave. I heard that IFB is the best company in India.
I was very wrong. I have other electronics goods of different company but I never been so harassed like this IFB company.
I suggest every one please don't buy any items of this company. This company is very fraud and their surviceman also very bad in behavior.Again I must say that don't buy any items of IFB company.
I was complain 2months ago for repair newly purchased oven due to sparking inside and burn customer service say today tomorrow and time going 2 months but no resolve my problem I need refunds IFB service make me depression. I WANT TO SAY EVERY ONE DON'T BUY IFB PRODUCTS

I have booked a microwave oven IFB FRC 2 model, which was a 30 liter capacity machine. Believing the reputation of the brand IFB. I have played an advance for getting that particular model the a leading multi brand shop. After 10 days the machine has reached the shop. I have taken it to my home on the same day and followed by next day I have called for demo through the authorized person. When the machine was switched ON it was found not working and same was brought to the notice of the shop where I have purchase and also the company authority. They said it will be replaced soon, after one week another machine was given to me through the same shop. Again the demo was called, the replaced machine was also NOT WORKING. Complained again to the IFB company Manager and the shop. They said it will also be replaced soon. With all these experiences, if I am getting the machine, i have doubt how long the machine keep working?. Such a branded company make the customer to worry about the product they purchase.all these information are to keep tracking the issues in Wright way to satisfy the customer support even after sales.

We had purchased a oven in October 2017, on Amazon in beginning it was fine however after 4-5 months the problem started. Whenever oven was started, electricity tripped , so we complained and engineer came and checked he said it was our power point problem and left. After that we changed the power point but still when oven was started, power tripped. So we complained again, engineer came and he said,one of the internal part was not working and needs to be replaced, he replaced the part however again after a month new problem has started, when we start the oven,we can see sparks inside. We are completely dissatisfied with IFB product, we had purchased first IFB product and had a very bad experience. Don't know how can such a good company sell faulty products. I have complained to Amazon for replacement of the oven,if my grievance is not addressed I am going to post this complaint on all social media sites. Also will advise my contacts not to purchase anything from IFB.
Wish, I saw your experience with Ifb before buying the product. Within couple of uses the inside metal door melted and twisted but the customer care never helps

Its is to be informed I have purchased few days before the product Microwave Oven , the Machine was supply defective due to some Personal reason we have not utilized the Products and further as and when we fixed the Machine in Kitchen , the Front Glass was Removed then we observe the Machine and found the machine was defective i constant since last 10 Days contact to customer care and my outlets incharge they denied to replaced the piece , they informed defective piece we have not replaced we just repairs its , so request to all buyer don't go in IFB products , they not responsible for post sales Service ultimately your Money was lost and you also not utilized the Product . hence you go other company where you received Immediate and proper service .
I bought a Microwace oven Model No.25SC3 on 4.5.2015 from QRS Malappuram. Inspite of very limitted usage the touch buttons stopped working shortly. But there was no problem for heating. Six months ago the heating also stopped. Since the magnetron has 3 years warranty I contacted the service centre at Malappuram who detected that the problem is with the capacitor and diode and changed the same; but of no use. Later he changed the Magnetron which was also in vain. He then asked us to take the oven to the service centre for detailed inpection which we did. For the last two months the oven is with them. They say that at least Rs.4700/= will be incured for setting the machine right for which I am not ready. I don't know how such a complete breakdown happened for the oven which is not even used 10 hours a year due to heavy electricity bills and also plugged out of socket. I request you kindly enquire about this complaint and if there is any inbourn complaints in the machine kindly withdraw the same from the market so that the goodwill earned by your other products such as washing machine will be saved.
I have purchased IFB microwave on 26-3-2018. Despite my several calls, the demo visit has not yet been done. Highly disappointed and frustrated with after sale service.

I have made complaint 2 times about my defective but still my problem is not attended.
Replaced microwave oven is also defective one.

Ifb oven Bogus product
