Very slow process in my claim

My policy no M4579956.My claim registered in 27/01/2019.no working proess in my bike.Sarvery provide in 16 hours.i am Private employee.my work loss.i am not satisfied in ifco tokio service.

i thaught .. that i can get clear information..but its my bad luck regarding insurance renewal i could not get clear information about my payment.
SO I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ALL NOT TO GO WITH THIS POLICY.
ESPLY EXECUTIVE ARE NOT HAVING PROPER INFORMATION.
ITS WASTEVOF TIME AND MONEY.
