Didn't receive cash from Indicash ATM

Hi Dear,

I try to withdraw cash from my account on 24-oct-2018 ,11.30AM using Indicash ATM machine. The amount was debited from my account but cash not come and machine suddenly off.Same time i raised my compliant on 24-oct-2018,11.42AM to indicash toll free number, they said with in 24 hrs money will be refunded to your account. still i am waiting is not yet refunded.
Please look on it this issues and clear it As soon as possible.

Sir meene indicash ATM kurdubardi jiska ATM ID no 6357 hee,jisse meene 14/10/18ko post office ke ATM card se meene Sam ko kareeb 06:20 baje 2000/- ka trajection kiya,Lenin light cut ho Jane me karan ATM machine band par gaya jiske karan mera pressa nahee nikal saka. Sir I'm Gracerbert k kharmalki. After calling your toll free number , your assistant had told me the money will be reimburse in 24 hours but it has been more than 24 hours and my money had not been reimburse. Please look into the matter. I'm a student and this is a big problem for me.

Sir I, Vinay Pal Singh from Aligarh,went to indicash ATM near sashni gate, Aligarh,U.P.(date 03/06/2018) for withdrawing money Rs. 2500/- ATM didn't give out money, but from my account rupees got cut.Sir please investigate my problem and kindly reimburse money into my account
