I initiated a withdrawal process by Debit Card(ending with 5967) in Indicash ATM machine , Near - MG college, Gaya ,Bihar (ATM Id - TAAE6355 and TAAE6188 ) on 1st April 2020 at 7 AM . Since my account was debited by total RS.21000/-(in four transactions Rs.8000/-,Rs.5000/-,Rs.5000/-,Rs.3000/-) but cash was not dispensed. Now today it is 3rd Apr 2020 but amount still not reverted in A/C.
Therefore I request you to please look after this issue as soon as possible because in this lockdown situation this RS 21000/- amount is how much important ,you can understand . For this act of kindness i always remain obliged to you .

I would like to bring this issue to whom so ever concerned. I tried taking out 10000 rs on 19/04/2019 at 04:01 pm from the Indicash ATM located in Ulhasnagar near lalchakki chowk 421004, however there was no cash dispensed and the ATM screen went blank. I thought that there could be less cash in the ATM so I tried taking out 4000 rs which was dispensed at 04:01 pm. What I was not aware was that the 10000 rs which was not dispensed was also debited from my wifes (Sarita Wankhede) SBI account ending with #5535. I did raise a concern with the relevant SBI bank and was told that the amount should be credited back within 3-4 business days, which didn't happen even after a week, so I tried talking to the Manager and raised a complaint to the Indicash Team. It has been a month already and there was no response so I called up the SBI customer care team to check the status. I was told that the claim was rejected as the status with Indicash ATM shows that the transaction was successful. As per the Right to Information act I have the right to check the proof (any detail showing that the transaction was successful for the 10000 rs and not for the 4000 rs which coincidentally happened at the same time 04:01 pm. This is definitely a fraudulent transaction. Kindly look into it and revert at xxxxxx7785 or email at wankhede [dot] gajanan [at] gmail [dot] com.

Note: There were more than 30 customers with the same issue on the consumer complaint forum (source : Google), and I will not hesitate to pursue a legal claim and approach the police if I have to. I work hard to earn money and I will not give up.

Incomplete ATM cash reveived

On 6th March I withdrawn rs.2000 money from indicash ATM nera bharati vidyapeeth pune from ATM machine RK36939X . I got only 500 rs note remaining cash i didnt receive. I have wait there for 10 min thinking that remaining money will come out. but no response. i logged complaint into indicash but no response. please check CCTV for how much money i received. please contact ASAP.
