I bought a new Jawa vehicle from Jawa showroom Uppal.i have exchanged my two vehicles Xblade and avenger and the amount which I have received for two vehicles was paid as a downpayment for my new vehicle.
Now the exchange receipt or intermediater receipt was not given by neither exchanger or the staff.Infact the intermediater was introduced by the staff only.Its been 3 months but there is no proper response.
There were several problems from the staff side ever since I bought the vehicle.In the name of good will they take money during the delivery time but they don’t give proper response.
My jawa car in a shambles that's why it can't even move, I purchased a bike from Andheri branch. My name is Manoj Kumar Kesarwani. whom I buy the bike he had given address from I can buy spare part, told us to go the service center of Goregaon, but when my brother's reach the one of employees of jawa services centre talk with him very rudely and disrespectful.the employees behave arrogant and said to my brother that he will not give the spare part to him. If they can understand the problem of customer then it's very bad for you company. You always should happy your customers. I request u toh plzzzz improve this things beacuse for a company the good will is more important.
