Hi sir my reservation on 8th March 2020 booking date. Plz guide me I need any medical certificate for traveling. I'm traveling from hyderabad to kuwait.
Missing baggage
I came yesterday with my two small kids from jazeera airways.Because od some flyt issues my flyt was delayed by 4 hours on top of dat there was no help desk or any kind of updates as to d delayed flight timing. My flight was at 8:30pm bt we flew at 1;00 am.Anyway our luggage was not send with us and we cud see it scattered at the airport. At mumbai airport it was not much help either as we landed at 6 30 and till 9 30 we were runnong around to fill forms for luggage claim. They promised us that luggage will b sent by next day and home delivered. But no updates for dat as well. No one responding to our calls fed up leaving voice messages.I hadss a horrible horrible experience . Please help me with my luggage.
Bagage missing
One of my friend travelling Kuwait to Mumbai 14 th may Jazeera flaight his bagage is missing how I get that baggage or can you give your Mumbai office adress...I alrdy contact air port bagage found and and lost department there not available our bagage they told contact Jazeera Airways but there no air lines counter pls inform us how get bagage and further procedure...
