Jeep Compass faulty clutch

I learned a lot of customers of jeep compass complaining about clutch issue , but last month I myself witnessed the issue . I had driven original OEM clutch which came along with the new suv for 80000km, after I replaced clutch the new one has failed within 15000km. the worst part is the vehicle went for service just 2000km before and the service center staff also did not notice anything.

It is very sad that Jeep India which projects itself as producing robust vehicle has not even recalled or addressed this issue. I had never ever changed clutch in other vehicles like Skoda , Innova which has crossed 130000km.

I advise not to waste money in this vehicle.

Hi. My jeep compass 2018

Hi. My jeep compass 2018 model has driven only 40000 kms. Few days back I was driving with my family. Stopped for lunch after which jeep didn't start and showed the waring sign "vehicle protection system service" causing extreme discomfort to my family including two kids. Car was lying on road for 14 hours as it wasn't moving an inch. Had to release the ESL with great difficulty and tow it to service centre where they told that it needs electronic steering lock replacement and this type of fault they have observed for first time. I asked for the free replacement but they are denying the same and my vehicle warranty has expired. I have been driving the car very carefully and this incidence has put me and my family in great jeopardy.

I am Siddharth Kumar Khaitan. I bought a Jeep Compass in March 2018 in my wife Ashima Khaitan’s name. I was in awe of the brand and I feel no other SUV in the price bracket comes close to the brand value and nostalgic value of the Jeep. The price was a big stretch for me but I was prepared to shell out the money to own my aspiration.

The car has been entirely self driven by me and I have enjoyed every minute of owning/driving the car.

Recently I started to face a little problem with the car. The touchscreen developed lines and stopped working without any impact. Since I have always tried to maintain my car in top condition and serviced only at the Jeep workshop, I took the car to the workshop.
3 days after having the mounting changed the car was driving fine, I reached somewhere and there was a major oil spill from the car. A service technician from Jeep visited the site and managed to have the car towed to the Jeep service Center. Once there, they took permission from me to dismount the gear box and told me the gear box was broken. I was heart broken to hear this since I always used my vehicle myself and with utmost care.

Nevertheless, I asked Jeep for a price quote for repair/replacement of the gear box. I was told that the gear box could not be repaired and that the cost of a new one is Rs. 5 lacs. This has caused me an immense stress. I don’t have the means to shell out this kind of money. Moreover, the residual value of the car itself as of today, should be around Rs.9-11 lacs.

I would request you to please understand my case and help me out with this problem.

Flap of the Fuel filler tube damaged by a manufacturing defect

On November sixteen, 2022, my vehicle got a problem with a Flap of the Fuel filler tube damaged by a manufacturing defect (as per your authorized technician from Jeep authorized dealer in Cochin, Kerala State, India – Pinnacle, Cochin, Kerala, India his voice message with me, but it is in the Malayalam language)

I came to know that when they applied for reimbursement for the above-said issue, Jeep authorities rejected the request and the dealer charged Rs.36643 on me. You have collected my cash for an extended warranty till July 22, 2023, but when coming to expenses you ignoring customers.

I need the amount back at the earliest

Jeep compass service Issues : Pathetic

# Gave my Jeep for servicing and my Jeep was banged / scratched in the service station.
# Gave my Jeep for AC Repair work under warranty , i got my Jeep back after 5 days and with in a year it again has stopped working.
# Last 3-4 days my Jeep is in work station with no work done on it.
I am getting a sorry and horrifying service from Jeep and will give Jeep 'ZERO' on everything.
More than Rs 30,000 on uber/ola has been spent as car is in garage only since the time I have bought it.
I am aghast to note that customer care in India is down the drain.
Thanks Jeep for your amazingly pathetic service.

Alternator stopped functioning

My 3 year old Jeep compass (odometer reading 59000) has problem in alternator, Somehow managed to bring the car at Lucknow Service centre at Polytechnic Chauraha, they assured me to get it replaced within 10-12 days but after 10 days when I contacted them they are saying it will take almost 1 more week. Terrific experience of Jeep..cars of other brands run about 1.5Lakh kms without any problem but Jeep starts eating ur hard earned money just after 30-40 thousnads Kms ..after running 59000 I have got replaced clutch ,tyres, battery and now it's alternater...it's horrible experience with Jeep.

JEEP COMPASS -faulty compass infotainment

I have recently brought a compass model s on December 8th in jeep pride Gachibowli ,Hyderabad which was faulty with Bluetooth connectivity from day one itself . So,i have called the sales executive vishal phopat from pride jeep Gachibowli the next day .He said to reset the u-connect which I have done but the issuse was not resolved.So I have gone down to the service centre near me @bollaram road on 29 th December the service advisor Azeem there has seen the problem and said that the problem would take three hours to resolve so he said to come down to the service centre the next day(i.e.30th December ) to hand over the car to them.The day passed and I had no update on the car even though I call the service centre multiple times.so I had to go down to the service centre myself to see that the problem is not solved and the advisor said that it would take three days time so to take the car and will arrange a pick up after two days but there was no call back from the advisor or service centre.so after 10 days I gave a call to the service advisor he said that the pickup was not available so I myself have gone down to the service centre the next day(i.e. 10th January ) in first hour to hand-over the car.And since then it has been four days I have no update on the car.So I have called the sales executive vishal phopat to find out about the service centre G.M contact number And gave him call.And he is so irresponsible that he doesn't even have the record of have the car being in the service centre on 30th December. And now I get informed that it would take 3 week to solve the issue. So what should I do now I am fed up of this irresponsibility.how did the testing department let this slip this from there attention I don’t get it
And it has been almost two month from delivery and I still have no response from the company or the service centre even though I have complained to the company via email

Battery dead in 3 months after buying the new compass

I bought the hero compass on March 6th and on May 22nd the battery is completely dead even I drove the car 3 days back.

Clutch problem

It has run only 50 k kms
I was having some knocking problem and sent my car to landmark jeep in Nehru Place ...it was told to me that clutch of the car is to be repaired and gave me an estimate Of ₹.90000 ...I am shocked that in three years single hand driven just a reputed brand has failed.what is the warranty about then....I wish to complain vehemently on the quality of spares that you have used in this Jeep Compass limited edition ....I have paid a huge amount for this car and invested into a good brand but it comes as a rude shock to me....I request the jeep India management to repair the clutch FOC immediately otherwise I will have no recourse than to go to consumer court to contest my case .pls call me ASAP

I have problem with Clutch (press hard and not comfortable)
i am told technician for my problem every time but still have no solution by jeep compony i am already ask my every service schedule from first service to till date

After sale service for battery

Dear...,

Im writing this distressed mail to inform you of the worst service being provided even after guaranteeing after sale services and etc.

I have requested for battery of my jeep replacement as it got dead. First of all after placing pick up request, only i could get it picked up after 3 days of continuous calling and they providing different excuses. And now, its been 2 weeks the car has been taken and there is always a different excuse that one time the battery is not available, we are searching still, battery didnot arrive in hyderabad still and so on. So now what is the use of after sale service you guarantee us and make us take 3rd party insurances and then services provided are like this. Its really distressing when customers having good faith in your services purchase and then they have to face such problems eventhough the car is still under warranty.

If the issue is not resolved soon, i will publish it in media.

Hope to get my request done asap.

Complaints about my Jeep Compass

I have a Jeep Compass Petrol automatic. Something very peculiar and dangerous happened last evening. I took my car for wheel balancing and alignment after driving back from the office (20 kms to and fro). After the alignment was done my vehicle went dead and it wouldn't start at all. Moreover, the key didn't respond at all. I somehow managed a Battery guy during the lockdown period and he came and checked the Battery was almost dead. He informed that there has to be some inherent problem as the Battery cannot become dead so soon without giving warnings. Anyways, i jump started my vehicle and was planning to get it to the flat as the vehicle assistance showed me their reluctance to come due to lock down. As i was driving suddenly the vehicle wouldn't get into the drive mode at all. Even the manual mode was disabled and the message it beeped was Gear Unavailable. The vehicle start was on as the wheel wasn't locked but the vehicle came to a halt in the middle of the road. Luckily for me there was hardly any traffic because of lockdown (Bhubaneswar is in the Red Zone still).
Now my grievances are the following:
How can the Battery go dead all of a sudden without any warning at all?
How can the vehicle come to a halt all of a sudden? What happens if i was on the NH or if my family was in the vehicle?
I am actually scared because of the incident and am disillusioned with Automatic cars specially Jeep Compass. I will have to think of some drastic action.

Tyre worn out

I bought my Jeep compass Sports plus diesel from Baskara dealer in VADODARA in September 2019, I drove 13000 till now and have noticed my 2 front tyres have been worn out completely till its core, the wire of the tyres can be seen. I risk my and my family life and drive back 750 km from Ranthambore. I gave the car to our service center at Baskara and since 5 days they r not able to identify the main issue. And even if they do and rectify it, who will be responsible if similar thing happens again and will the Company jeep take the responsibility of our life on road if this problem occurs again. This is a company default and how can the vehicle pass its Quality Check with this kind of a problem, I want the car to be replaced completely or I shall go to the consumer court and file a charge against Jeep company and its Dealer Baskara.

Landmark Jeep Gurgaon not processing Refund post cancellation

Hi Jeep Company,

I booked my Jeep Sports model on 14.Nov 2019 from Landmark Jeep MF Road Gurgaon Dealer and on 5.December 2019 via email, i cancelled my booking due to my job shifting to abroad.
Mr Anmol, who is manager at Landmark Jeep Branch MG Road Gurgaon, he reverted me after 5 days on 10 Dec to share cancelled check only for refund and I shared Cancelled check on same day and revert me to wait max 15 days.
Initially he asked to share cancelled check only and i shared the same but when i asked for status on 26 Dec 2019, he didn't reply then i dropped another reminder email on 2.Jan 2020 , he reverted to share bank details along with cancelled check,I reverted that i have already shared , why asking it again also when i asked to confirm that it now received there is no reply.
It is more then 20 days and there is no refund of Rs 10.000/- against my booking .
It is really tearing the reputation of Jeep Brand by the Landmark Dealer MG Road Gurgaon, I have have deep respect to Jeep Company India. So please
intervene this matter and stop harassing your customer.
I believe it will be resolved asap to maintain faith in jeep brand.

Diesel leakage from Jeep Compass - three times till date ...

Lot of inconvenience & trouble we are facing in New Jeep Compass bought in year 2018 , leakage of Diesel from diesel pump in 5months .
Twice vehicle was observed on road on smelling diesel inside car from AC . We have reported to Jeep service centre , they have done something & sent back vehicles for both time .
It seems Vehicle itself is faulty at mfg level . Which is not been taken seriously till date & myself as customer facing regular similar problem .
Today third time same incidence happened & people on road has observed heavy Diesel leakage & surprise to us , Diesel tank was fully empty because of leakage .
This is very serious & has threat on life of customer , I believe Jeep Compass notes this as serious & provide replacement as New Vehicle .
Fails to get satisfactory response will do next procedure .
I need replacement vehicle in next few hrs till we get New vehicle.
Looking forward response & action on same .

Diesel leakage from Fuel Pump

Hi,

After having written several times personally to Jeep India team I am now writing it on public platform that though Jeep claims to have a legacy of over 80 years it still doesn’t live upto customers expectation.

My problem is same as someone else had listed here about Diesel leakage from Fuel Pump which is a common issue in Diesel variant of the legendary vehicle. Mine is a Jeep Compass 2.0 Limited Option 4*4 variant of 2017 model.

In October last year my vehicle showed up problems with Fuel Pump just a month after warranty expired. While I visited the showroom I was told I would need to replace the Fuel Pump kit. I paid fifty thousand for the same and got my vehicle after 1 month. Imagine the kind of service that the company provides and now exactly after 6 months i.e. on 25 May 2021 (two days post warranty)the same problem erupted again. Huge diesel leakage from the pump on roads and people chased us to caution us before the car was halted mid road. This certainly poses huge question mark on credibility if Mopar and Bosch products. While speaking to Sky Moto (Jeep service provider in Pune) we were assured that they would coordinate with nearest Jeep Team to get this rectified as they felt it was their fault. However after that they stopped taking our calls.

After being harassed by the Sky Moto team I finally decided to escalate the matter to Jeep India team however seems my concern has only gone on deaf ears and I have only got calls from different people that my concern is being addressed however there has been no action taken since last seven days. Does the company expect us to spend fifty thousand rupees every six month. Please note my fuel pumps warranty expired just two days before incidence. I have spent nearly one lakh thirty thousand between Aug 2020 till date on names of Brake pad at mere thirty five thousand kms, Fuel pump at mere thirty seven thousand kms and Clutch and pressure plate at mere forty seven thousand kms. This shows how credible / durable is the brand. And Jeep which is a reputed brand is forgetting the potential the Indian market has to offer and such concerns would cause severe damage to the company’s otherwise untarnished reputation.

Ultimately would like to conclude by suggesting that such minor waivers would go a long way in creating raving fans for the brand and eventually enhance the sales.

GEAR BOX Issue

I own an diesel jeep bought in 2018, have done about 25,500 km.
There is an issue with the gear box it makes a noise while changing between 1st & 2nd gears, the noise is like a "loose coupling" and quite irritating. Have shown it to the workshop twice apparently this is a normal noise. I am not satisfied and would like company to look into it/ fix it.

Scaling of door paint, defective cabin light, poor service after

Bought brand new jeepcompass from bhaskara vadodara, paint of door already started scaling. Noticed it on 2nd day, cabin light was defective. The service centre instead of checking & rectifying their mistake started blaming me. Whole attitude of service people changed in 2 wks only, became arrogant. Got the paint changed but in return the instrument cluster was scratched and rendered as if it's a 2 yr old vehicle. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this vehicle. Go for other trusted brands with good service record..

Battery Problem

I had purchased Jeep Compass in Nov 2017 now I had battery problem vehicle is not getting started. I had logged complaint on toll free number they took two hrs to send mechanic. He came and said battery is ok but vehicle was not getting start. Again toll free team arranged people from dealer to check they said battery is not ok. They started vehicle with the help of their service vehicle battery. Finally they toed the vehicle to service and said battery has to replace. They kept vehicle for three days finally replaced battery after paying battery charges by me though the vehicle is under warranty. I asked refund of battery charges they informed that communicated to company and waiting their response.
I am disappointed the way customer complaint is being handled I suffered lot for 4 days without vehicle.
I don’t know when will get response/refund from Jeep company for battery replacement. Can any one respond?

poor service

I am writing to your company about a problem with my Jeep, a compass/ limited 2.0 diesel model.

I began to have trouble with an annoying knocking sound from under my driving seat from day one. I have taken this matter to an authorised dealers( Pinaccle kochin and Hyson Kottayam) during my first 5000 km service but issue remained the same. This is an ongoing issues and I am currently on around 17000 km. I must say I never expected such poor quality products as well as service provided from your authorised dealer. I must say I regret about the decision I have made in purchasing Jeep.
We have purchased Jeep Compass (engine no:4022185) from your authorized Jeep Dealer,

I have enjoyed Driving my vehicle, but also taken good care of it, performing all recommended maintenance, keeping it meticulously clean, not hovering over bodies of water, and not Driving recklessly.
Also another issue I am facing is a annoying sound on the start-up,
After researching this specific problem and talking to other Jeep owners, I have learned that this is a common issue with Jeep manufactured before certain year
I was very pleased with my Jeep, and in a few years, I will need to upgrade to a larger one, but now I hesitate to choose one. My cousin and few of my friends were keen to get a jeep, but they aren’t so sure that they will stick with the brand after watching my experiences with the quality I receive.
I will discuss an experience I had recently during my 15000 km service.
I gave a list of things( not a long one) which needed attention( including sound under the driving seat) this was neither done nor discussed. Service supervisor was kind enough to let me know that there was a nail stuck deep inside front wheel and once I pick the vehicle it will need an immediate attention because it may result in having a flat tyre. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! He asked to fix my tyre when I pick my vehicle in the evening. why didn’t THEY fix it? If THEYdon’t have facility to fix a flat tyre why can’t someone take it to shop and REPAIR it rather than putting me at risk( could charge me on the top of service fees), by the time I come and pick my vehicle, tyre repairers might have shut their shop. Then I will have no choice leave my vehicle there and pick it next day. Mind you I live around 40km away from the service. I am sure any other dealers would address this issue and not leave it for the customer

If your marketing campaigns are any indication, I am your target customer, a father with 7 months old bay and who use my vehicle for travel and recreational rides. I hope to have many years of rides ahead of me, and I want to continue riding my jeep in the future. Please restore my faith in your brand, stand behind your product, and look into this matter

JEEP Service issues

I have bought Jeep Compass a Year back and I am really disappointed with the Services of the dealer which is Landmark. They are just into fleecing money in the name of service. I am surprised that not a single service has been offered free to me and also I am being charged for services not even required to be conducted on the vehicle. There is no confirmation sought from the customer for retaining the vehicle overnight. Such a big brand and so poor service I am really disappointed

Diesel leakage problem

This is to inform you that I am not satisfied with your company's servicing policies.The service centres doesn't even have a minute parts whenever there is any problem to fix.They always ask to park the car for 6 to 8 days as there is not even a single part is availabe at the service center..it happens with me 6 to 7 times in a year since I have purchased the car.

Deisel leakage problem

I am pankaj .I recently purchased a 8/7/2019 jeep compass Pb02dv6055 on It started having trouble starting up and began leaking of diesel. I have already brought the vehicle into your service department. But even i did not satisfied from your service it might they didn’t fix it properly. Now company wants 10-15 days for repairing nd it is difficult for me to go here and there or in office .

Jeep and Fiat Linea Delivery Issues

Dear Manager,

This is bring to your knowledge the pathetic attitude of your dealer - M/s Landmark Lifestyle Cars Pvt. New Delhi. While they are smart in selling the vehicle and taking full money before delivery, but when its come to meet the deliveries of items, they jut run away. Its our personal experience. We have recently taken two vehicles from them. One Jeep Compass and other one Fiat Linea T-Jet. Till the time, we have not paid the amount for purchase, almost on daily basis their sales persons used to visit us and following us up, but once we made the payment and arrange for delivery of vehicles in March end of this year, they did deliver the vehicles, but did not supply all the accessories even after taking the money. At the time of delivery, it was promised to us that accessories are in transit and will be delivered at our residence in a week. But even after one month, these accessories are no where in site. If we call those sales persons, invariably they would never pick up the phone and if we call from someone else mobile, they would pick up but never give the exact status about the accessories. Leave the accessories separate,they had taken the money for vehicle registration too, but they have neither followed up with RTO for vehicle registrations, which we had to do personally by visiting RTO 2-3 times and even after getting the registration number by us, they refused to deliver us the vehicle number plates and we had to get it made at our own expenses, though it was part of our deal that dealer would arrange us the High Security number plates.

I understand that dealer parent company is quite big and are involved in diverse types of trade, but seeing this attitude, we wonder whether the trait is inheritance in company DNA or localized to one showroom.

Quality and service of Jeep compass

I bought Jeep Compass limited plus in last week of December 2018. For two months was ok and then one day it’s steering wheel locked and it didn’t start, RSA were hope less and helpless. Some how with assistance from workshop it was started.
Same thing again happened after one week and car was taken to workshop.( Akar Cars Pvt Ltd. Jaipur). I was told that it’s motor which locks the steering wheel is defective and need to be replaced and spare part would come from company, since 20th March 2019 I am waiting, they don’t know even the part is dispatched or not.
I am regretting buying this vehicle.

Skeptical about the vehicle

Jeep known for its name and quality. Well I have taken the test drive of the “Compass” and was planning to buy one. I lived the vehicle it’s tank like built it’s robust motor and slick gear box. Clutch as I found a bit on a heavier side.
But after checking the social media customer reviews I am now skeptical about the vehicle and their after sales service. We never know anything can happen to this vehicle.
I personally think that Jeep US had made a mistake by opening their manufacturing plant in India.
Quality always matters and Indian engineers are no of the top notch quality as it seems in their cars. God bless them.

Heavy Smoke came out from the bonnet of the Long(O)-Limited Ver

Bought a Jeep Compass 20 days ago - ran only 800+ Kms. Yesterday while traveling - every one in the car suddenly felt smell of something burning. We thought some thing is burning outside and because the AC is on so the smell is coming. Opened the windows for some time and then closed which resulted in decrease in the smell. But again it increased. People around the car - one auto driver and many bikers noticed 1st that smoke is coming out from the engine. They alerted us - I think which saved 5 people's life. The mental trauma and horrific experience we 5 went through can't be expressed in words. When the people cautioned us about the smoke we were in between the traffic and getting the car to a safe place/parking took 5-10 mins time. That was horrific experience...Its a tragedy to have! How can a brand like Jeep can have such defects. Seems they don't value their customers. Really painful! I am driving since 2000 and never have such a painful experience. Never expected these type of issues from US brand. Should always give value to human life. Now my car is with the Jeep showroom. Really worried about their initial explanation. Waiting to hear some thing concrete from them. With very heavy heart - If they can take it back and return my money then I will be very happy. I think they can't again restore the faith i had with Jeep Compass.

Jeep should take these issues very seriously. heard lot of complaints already. should understand that lot of competition exists after launch of MG Hectar and KIA Seltos.

Day Before Yesterday While Driving The Car It Got Stopped In The Night And When I Called For RSA They Came Around 1:30 In The Night They Toe The Car And Took It To Vasna Ahmedabad Workshop Then The Workshop Person Said Me That It Is Company Manufacturing Defect.
Also I Am Attaching The Call Recordings In Which Company Officials Have Confirmed Me For The Replacement At Free Of Cost Now The Thing Is I Want Only Full Car Replacement Please Do It At The Earliest There Is Wedding Also At My Home I Want The Car At The Earliest. Otherwise I Need To Take A Severe And Legal Action Against The Company Now.
Please Do It As Soon As Possible.

Jeep Compass after sale service is a Nightmare & BIG Disappointm

I bought a Jeep Compass Longitude optional a year back in Sep 2017 and was enjoying my rides like any other users, the overall performance of the vehicle is as good as expected, BUT when I went for the service my overall experience is turned down. I met with a minor accident and went for servicing the car at TURBO auto in Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh as I have only one choice in this city and they informed me that radiator and inter cooling system needs to be replaced along with the front bumper. It took 11 days for them to complete the work as I understood that the time would take for them in general is not more than 2 or 3 days. the reason as I understood is the spare parts was not being maintained by the service centres and I wonder the first thing that will get damage is the bumper and radiator when a car meets with the accident.

Though I got the comprehensive insurance, when went to take the vehicle for delivery I was asked to pay 8600 Rs additional amount as they installed a bumper with chrome which they claim is not covered by the insurer (Bharathi Axa). which after enquiry with the service advisor understood that the part which the service centre guys ordered somehow changed ( I wonder how this could happen for a service oriented industry's these days) and when I denied to pay for what I have not asked neither chose the service centre guys denied to deliver the vehicle and asked for one more day to remove the chrome from the bumper to and deliver the vehicle and I have to leave the vehicle again at service centre to fix the right one.

So after all these experiences I wonder why I chose a vehicle which is good to drive but very bad when you have to get it repaired.

The Head LAP... Very poor Intensity and cannot drive safe in Rains and some time in Normal days.

Second the Clutch is very Hard and getting bad knee pains . Hate to drive the JEEP compass
This is not that we expect on high value vehicles.

Second key for the car

We bought a new jeep compass on 9th Aug, and till now we didn't receive it's second key. Even after calling the showroom, they don't respond. We want the second key of the car. We spoke a lot of times to the showroom regarding this. When we purchased the car, they gave only 1 key and the other key was supposed to be given with the bill. I didnt receive the key even after 3 months... Very bad service. Please send the key asap.

Jeep showroom and service center unprofessionalism

I puchased JEEP compass from Satguru ( Indore showroom) on May 28, 2018. Since I purchased vehicle I started seeing an extremely unprofessional behaviour from JEEP people! I was extremly surprised that in today’s service oriented industry such people/companies actually exisit and survive too .. my all issues are minor but I am writing over here so that people atleast know about this.
1) On day of delivery, they delayed my vehicle delivery by 3 hours.
2) They were not able to provide me a couple of committed accessories like foot mat, car cover etc at time of delivery. I had to follow up for them, go back to showroom and collect in next couple of days.
3) Most Important : They delayed my RTO work and asked for additional money saying that since you are delayed RTO work need panelty. After a many follow ups, I received my registration card in month of October which is almost more than 4 months after.
4) I wanted to get their help on getting seat cover and rear view camera kit (back up camera kit). After many followups now I am getting backup camera kit done at their service center. Note : they say thst you need to order seat covers in order to see them. How can I buy something without seeing it. Seat cover costs some 20500 and backup camera kit is around 23800. You can get much more cheaper outside but they says its Jeep brand so expensive.
5) I gave my car for first FREE service. FREE is defined as labour free for routine work. They charge 300 for windshild liquid which is some 40 rupees outside and 450 for wheel alignment ( now this they dont call labour). They charge rupees 650 plus taxes for vehiclr pick and drop ( most of other companies do it for free). I argued a lot and waive it off since my overall bill wals around 52000 for other work that I get done.
6) Now here comes the WORST : Today I was supposed to get my vehicle back and I got a call that they have lack of labours and cant deliver today. I was surprised again. I forced them go get my car back as I have to use it tomorrow for few guests. I am still talking to them while I wrote all this.

So, I was okay to ride JEEP for its luxery and power. Enjoyed vehicle so far but their after sales service really sucks and make you frustrated. WILL NOT RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS TO BUT IT NOW.

Jeep Manager I bought a new car from company. I purchase on 20/SEP/2018 JEEP COMPANY . days before still I didn’t register the new car. I had problem on the engine 06/SEP/2018 . at (time 03:15 pm ) the vehicle kilometer is 1519 while on the traffic drive. The engine started to black smoke . I stop the vehicle and call the dealership they came and said there is no problem the dealership trying to satisfied as but I am not satisfied with the vehicle I need to be replace new car. Are I want to switch to automatic transmission . I am worried about the vehicle how it’s going to be run for long time .sow I’m not going to register and I will find legal action on that .when I go through internet I saw lot of complaints on the engine seem like me.

Today my vehicle MH 41 AS 2278, JEEP COMPASS LONGITUDE O.
BROKE DOWN IN MUMBAI, BETWEEN THE TRAFFIC PUFFING BLACK SMOKE OUT OF THE BONNET. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE SERVICE CENTER, AFTER THAT PEOPLE OVER THERE SAID THAT IT WAS NOTHING SERIOUS/MAJOR. BUT IF THERE WAS SOME BLACK SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE ENGINE MIGHT BE SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT I FEEL BECAUSE NO VEHICLE OF MINE TILL DATE HAS GONE THROUGH THIS, SWIFT DZIRE VDI, HONDA CITY SV, HYUNDAI ELITE i20. All are deisel variant. And to be real I was using DZIRE for a year in Mumbai

Diesel leakage problem

My Jeep compass longitude mp 09 CZ 1388 is having a diesel leakage problem. The service centre says that the engine has to be taken out for the repair. It's been just one month we bought the car and it's giving a lot of trouble. If I don't find any solution I will post it everywhere on social media and will tell everyone about your company

Heavy Smoke coming from the bonnet of the vehicle

We have bought Jeep Compass a month ago.. While traveling yesterday’(11th of September 2018 at 7:00pm at Bowenpally ),there was heavy smoke coming out of the vehicle .. we along with the People around panicked and there was complete chaos on the road.. People noticed and cautioned us to get out of the car immediately.. It was raining heavily and there was a lot of smoke (burning smell) coming out.. Traffic police rushed towards us and mannually pushed the vehicle towards the corner of the road.. We had to stand in the rain for about half an hour.. We immediately intimated the jeep showroom people they said that they would take the vehicle and check it.. But we are not willing to take the vehicle back.. We either want a replacement or a refund.. The people wanted to give an after sales demo now after this incident..

Regarding noisy cabin

I have bought Jeep Compass limited petrol AT. After one month only all the window glasses and dash board is making noise . I have shown this complaint in service station of jeep but they are not able to solve my problem. Please reply is there any solution for this

I think Jeep company is making fun of me. I purchased new Jeep Compass and facing problems since first day. It’s system has started hanging (back sensors,music system). It has just covered 3000 and it’s brakes and wheel has started making noise.It’s clutch has started getting heavy .It’s rain wipers are also not smooth(making noise).Please solve my issues as early as possible otherwise I will put all this online because now I am getting harrassed.

Manufacturing default in Tail Lamp

I have purchased Jeep Compass Longitude option on 22/05/2018 after few days when I washed the car I saw fog getting inside tail lamp ( which is unbroken) next day I went to Jeep Showroom where they said it's not a fault it's common with some of lamps. But if I have given a huge money why I got such type of defaulted parts.
