Track pant quality issue

I bought track pant of kappa from lifestyle,sec21,pacific dwarka store 45 days back.hardly worn by my daughter 5 times,n pant has torn wear from bottom most seat area..not sticthing issue,its clothing issue...neither it was taken from sale,discounted column.
Bill can be tracked from pantaloon.9810441253mobile mine no.
But quality issue of such big brand n full price (1100₹)is objectionable,
Please relook into it.and advise how to retain my faith on ur brand.
