Rude worker at Bengaluru Basavanagudi
Hello,
My day was ruined due to your worker at Basavanagudi branch, Bengaluru.
Normally,I'm not a person who would come to complaint box for petty reasons. Today is different due to the atrocious behaviour of ur employee.
I'm extremely sorry to know that u have such a horrific and horrible worker named KAVERI, who is just interested in raising voice at the customers and not interested in solving their questions.
Kindly do not hire such irresponsible, least knowledgable person who fights like cats and dogs.
I'm sorry, we haven't come to karvy to get scoldings and to lower our status by fighting with these cultureless woman.
I have a long relationship with karvy since many long years, but today I'm sorry, Im getting back..
If she can't answer or if she is under informed, it can be answered humbly with a simple 'NO', instead of classless comments. So sorry to know that her co worker had to stop her.
Literally sorry to know u are hiring such audacious employee
