Bus service from terminal 3
Dear sir
Sir I want to inform you that I have been denied to travel on Delhi gov bus plying from terminal 3 till domestic light near terminal 1.
Iam so sorry to inform you but those people who are seating at terminal 3 for bus information they were not behaving properly with ladies and they were saying its better not to give tickets to ladies as for them it's free of cost.
And those conductors and drivers are also not behaving properly whatever comes to their mouth they were saying. As we are not supposed to pay it doesn't mean that they will talk to us in a bad way.
Kindly brief your team, it's Delhi government rule as its not our an individual choice.
I hope you will understand how difficult it is to face such arrogant and ignorant people.

Is there and pre booking system ticket to travet... I want to go panchkula from noida so can you help me to get information
Regarding high price of eatbles and cold drink
Sir myself sandeep. I reached at isbt to catch a bus for bhiwani. I ask a cold drink and price he told me for every drink is 5 rs more. When i ask him about his name and shop no he denied to tell and say do whatever you can do nothing is going yo happen with me. I an shocked by his behaviour. His shop no may be 33 i guess bit not sure but yaa his shop is excatly infront of gate no 40 of isbt.
I hope a strict action will be taken against him and hoping for fast reply and action because they are earning 5 rs more ftom each customer without bill.
Mugging incident at ISBT Delhi
Very sad to inform that there are such frequent cases in the Capital city, but no action taken.
My son's mobile phone was snatched at the Kashmere gate Bus Depot by a biker and he sped away with the phone.
This incident occured at 5.55am today. My son is new to the city. It was told to him that there are many such cases.
I would like to question the authorities that are there no CCTV cameras installed in that area? As Bus stands and railway stations are important locations.
Or they are installed, but only for show?
Will the authorities help to retrieve my son's phone? Or just ignore it as a stray incident!!!
Just had a first hand experience of how unsafe our capital city is!
