Cooler pump failed within 1 month

I have purchased Khaitan Samson cooler from M/s Shree Kanha Communication, Tonk Road, Jaipur on 15 Apr'2024. But its pump failed within 1 month. Complained but no response. Poor service of repairing or maintenance.
I will not refer Khaitan to my near n dear in future.
Very poor service.

Rotation failure and water spilling

The rotation failure in 2nd year.if we are choosing rotation option inside wiring burning.
Third year water spilling entire floor.
