I had booked call for my fans and engg visit and told after checked the fans that he will come back as some parts to be changed. Fans are still under warranty but he didn't come again and I am trying to book call again toll free no but not connected.
More then 01 month back I have raised a complain regarding my new Khaitan fan.on 1st attampt executive told me that a representative will visit under 4 working days after 10 days again I called for the same issueand they have said don't worry within a week a person will visit.Now a days It's almost 2 months passes neither customer care responding for the same nor they are replying anything.
I don't know WTF?? Has Khaitan decided to shut it's shutter? Has it gone bankrupt or what. Why not any rply ?? WTF
Main ajit from ludhiana punjab se hu maine collar ki moter lee thi khetan ki 3speed. Kisi bhi speed mein on karo to ek hee speed hai wo bhi slow hai ..kitni bar custmar care phon kiya kisi ne phone nhi uthya.bat nhi hi pai agar koi je comments padh raha hai compny ka karmchari to meri problem ka hall nikalo plz

I purchase a khaitan Naino ECR from Sheetal prasad jagdeesh prasad and sons from 15/4/2018. There is some fault in the product so I raised the problem to customer service on 21/08/2018 with complain no.KSC691067. Regarding my complain the technician from the company visit my house on 29/08/2018 and generate the recipt to change the fan and apply the sticker on the fan so that it can be changed. I submitted the faulted fan to Sheetal prasad jagdeesh prasad and sons but till now I am not getting my fan. I have to travel more than 30 km regarding this and dealer not providing the fan and when I again call to service center the response from the centre is very poor. Kindly consider my problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
No response from customer care. Logged complaint on 20 the August . Complaint no 690335 Very bad Customer care. Very Careless response from Poonam , Sushmita , haima, Maria . Calling them almost every day to get a response saying 24 hrs.no customer care skills and disgusting customer care for Khaitan. It's already 2 nd September. Till today my complaint is not addressed. When ever I asked to put to Manager , they say they do not have manager. Looks quiet suspecious and fraud customer care. Planning to login consumer court . I have done a biggest mistake my purchasing from Khaitan.

So I want visit service man so, there for I do complain but still no any replay from service center . Yesterday I talk to xxx this number but I don't get MSG . She said that I replay on WhatsApp and in 72 hours service staff will visit soon . But there is no call no MSG I get from her side . Why should I bought this product where we can't get any service. Pls, help me.
