I have received the credit card since ten months in place of old
Sir,
I have not received my Kotak credit since ten months. The Bank had cancelled the credit card last February due frauduent transanction. In place of my old card I have not received the new Account. I have complaint several time to your customar care they have not response properly. Hence I request you canell the credit card of your Bank.

Credit Card Expired : Payment Due
Dear Officer,
This is to inform you that I have been using Credit Card Of your esteemed bank since 6 years from now.
The card got expired in the month of July got expired this year and due to change in address I have not received new card.
As such I am unable to clear my outstanding amount and Top of that I have do not have details of new card.
Your help line is IVR system which is not authenticating my details Hence I am not able to contact any CCE.
Neither any branch officer is able to help me.
Request you to kindly look into matter urgently.

REGARDING CREDIT CARD NOT USED STILL MONEY DEDUCTED FROM CARD
I ANAND LUNAWAT HAS A KOTAK CREDIT CARD. I HAVE RECEIVED MESSAGE ON MONDAY 12/08/2019 THAT TRANSACTION OF RUPEES 636.15 HAS BEEN MADE ON KOTAK CREDIT CARD XX8848 ON 11-AUGUST 2019 AT AMZNPRIMEDE. I HAVE NOT DONE ANY SUCH TRANSACTION SO I REQUEST TO REVERSE IT AND SEND ME MESSAGE REGARDING CREDITED THE SAME AMOUNT.I TRIED TO CONTACT ON HELPLINE NUMBERS BUT NO RESPONSE.SO PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL SO THAT I SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO YOUR BANK FACILITY.
