It's been 2 months since I bought a new adv 250 from Vadakara KTM showroom.Gear changing issue. Front disc plate bend (manufacturing defect) T stump bend. handle bar bend( manufacturing defect) in balance issue.After these complaints I went to Vadakara KTM showroom twice. The staff there behaves very badly.Even the registration of the vehicle has not been completed. It is your responsibility to fix my car problem. Because these complaints did not come from my side. It is a manufacturing defect.
My car has been serviced for 16 days. Engine noise is the complaint given by Thiruvananthapuram. It says that there is a warranty and it will take 18 days to get the parts. Very bad service in ktm

my front tire had a bulge after the impact in pothole damaging both the rims and rear tire to tear whereas front tyre with bulge .. i have claimed insurance and its been more than a month and i have ordered the parts which were not recieved till date by the workshop so my motorcycle is standing at the agency ..and theres new excuse daily about the part (front tire) they asked me for advance payment and after i did that no reply from the company .. they didnt dispatched the tire and when they did they sent rear tire while the requirement was for the front tire .. so it again goes in a loop .. it will go back .. new will be dispatched that nobody knows when ..

My friend is a working class person. For us as a working class we take bike to reduce our expenses and to manage our time for work but since we have taken this bike there is always some or the other technical issues related to bike which surprising even the ktm showroom people are unaware of and unable to solve. We feel corned by the company interm of buying ktm duke 390 and keep charging us every single time for the inconvenience caused to us leaving our work, stranded on road waiting for the showroom people to help us to get the bike to the showroom.
Very disappointed and nothing can we do about it as we have spend fortune as compared to our earnings and savings for a bike which we always wanted to have but now in regrets.
I have a KTM RC 390 purchased in April 2019. I had an accident because of that I took my bike to KTM Service Center Rambagh Jaipur, on 18th Nov. But till now I didn't get my bike repaired as it covered in insurance. An insurance company can't proceed with payment as the bike still needs parts not available on the service center. every time I go to the service center they give me a new excuse of parts not available, the mechanic is on leave and many other excuses which are not appropriate.

I have purchased Duke 200 on 17th september viskarma puja from patna bihar.
Soon within 500 to 600 km, I have faced a small issue of leakeage of coolent from its pipe.
As i noticed it on the next moment i was at service station, they said that it is due to leakege at rubber pipe and they repalced it with some charges.
Again within 300 km it started leaking fron the same place i have been there they said that its due to some immproper functioning of clip which is holding the rubber piper to the system.
But unfortunately they didnt have thet small clip and they checked it but was not even found in any of the near by places.
They suggested me to not to ride bike untill the error is rectified..
Kindly suggest me what do i do now.

An insurance company can't proceed with payment as the bike still needs parts not available on the service center. every time I go to the service center they give me a new excuse of parts not available, the mechanic is on leave and many other excuses which are not appropriate.

now my bike is still pending as they don't have a right hand switch part and accelerator

Service in Manipala need to be improved..
I am from Mangalore.. i had been gone to Manipala for my work purpose... Because of my bad luck I met with an accident.. and I was in coma stage for a month..my Brother and my collegues had kept my bike for Repair in Manipala... while Delivering the bike there was a error in ABS failure..
when my brother showed the error to the technitian, Nonsence ans by KTM Technitian " When you Fill the Petrol Error will go " Actually my Brother Didnt Know about KTM.. He Believed and Bought bike to Mangalore.. Actually They iNSTALLED A FAULTY SPEEDOMETER Its Been 3rd Month Still not provided New Meter and Telling that Still not KTM not Delivered us new meter... KTM please improve Your Service... Actually I felt very bad for the First time "KTM Providing Bad Service" Please make it last time...

Regarding avilability of spare parts and response

I have purchased Duke 200 on 17th september viskarma puja from patna bihar.
Soon within 500 to 600 km, I have faced a small issue of leakeage of coolent from its pipe.
As i noticed it on the next moment i was at service station, they said that it is due to leakege at rubber pipe and they repalced it with some charges.
Again within 300 km it started leaking fron the same place i have been there they said that its due to some immproper functioning of clip which is holding the rubber piper to the system.
But unfortunately they didnt have thet small clip and they checked it but was not even found in any of the near by places.
They suggested me to not to ride bike untill the error is rectified..
Kindly suggest me what do i do now.

WORST SERVICE GIVE BY KTM JAMMU SERVICE CENTER. THEY MAKE THE COUSTOMER FOOL AS THERE SEVICE IS VERY POOR AND IN CASE IF ANY PART IS BEEN IS REPLACE THEY TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO REPLACE IT . EVEN THEY DID'T HAVE CLUCH WIRE IN HIS STOCK IN STORE IN JAMMU SERVICE CENTER . MY BIKE SENSOR IS BEEN REPLACED THEY ONLY EXTENDED IT NEXT WEEK U WILL DEFFINATELY GOING TO GET IT . IT IS GOING 2MONTH I VISIT KTM SHOW ROOM IN JAMMU BUT STILL THEY DID'T GET SENSOR FOR MY BIKE . I AM A EMPLOYER I HAVE TO TAKE HALF DAY TO VISIT TO SHOW ROOM WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THOSE THINGS . Not getting spare parts
I'm here to inform you that the service center at trivandrum is not having enough spare parts for ktm bikes I often visited the service center for the rear view mirror and a handle grip they don't having that since one month I'm riding my bike without rear view mirror for so long its very dangerous to ride in the road so please that rightful action for this problem
