No delivery of my ordered matress
have ordered Kurlon matress on 18th September 2024 (order ID 22533) but still no any updated or tracking ID I have received for, where being of my ordered item. If you people are unable to deliver my item then atleast guide me about procedure to cancel my order. Response of your customer services are very poor. They do not have any idea about my order item. They just telling us to wait for few more days. It's been 20 days now. You are I directly harassing the customer after taking the full payment of your product.
This type of Response is not expected from reputed company like kurlon.
Pilz Response quickly and inform me about current location of my ordered items.
